Abstract

本实用新型提出的大型组合轴承由一整体内圈(2.1)和两个径向过盈配合的外圈构成,外圈与内圈(2.1)之间设置两列滚动体,其中一列为满装式圆柱滚子(3.1),一列为满装式角接触球(6)。本实用新型由满装圆柱滚子轴承与另一列满装四点接触球轴承组合而成,具有一整体内圈,两个过盈配合的外圈,其结构紧凑,装配性能良好,轴承各回转工作面均匀承受力,延长了“抗疲劳失效”寿命。由于四点接触球在承受正反交变轴向负荷时仍处于纯滚动状态,从而可避免圆柱滚子端面滑动摩擦引导部件高温烧伤损坏的隐患。

本实用新型属于一种大型组合轴承,主要应用于大中型功率的工程机械及中、重型机械设备。
背景技术
目前,国内大中型功率的工程机械用于行走轮部件安装的轴承(18吨以上机型),基本采用的均为双列圆柱滚子轴承,如附图1所示,其具有一整体外圈1、两个分体内圈2及两列圆柱滚子3及两端的密封胶圈4及弹簧挡环5组成,上述轴承一般情况下可承受较大的径向负荷,但轴向许用负荷仅能满足部件装配予加轴向负荷的50%、正常运行轴向工作负荷的80-90%,然而工程机械(如压路机)经常在工况状态比较恶劣的条件下诸如在地形斜倾、坡角较大、弯道多而且弯道曲率半径较小时,使轴承轴向负荷瞬时增加,导致双列圆柱滚子轴承中其中一列圆柱滚子的端面与内外套圈引导导挡边产生早期疲劳(烧伤剥落)失效,继而造成整套轴承及其它偶合部件的损坏,同时,其反装拆卸时,活内圈容易卡死在轴肩内,除了切割破坏而无法完全拆除。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提出一种大型组合轴承,使其结构紧凑,装配性能好,同时提高其轴向负荷能力,延长轴承的使用寿命。
本实用新型的目的可采用如下技术方案来实现:其具有一整体内圈,外圈为分体结构,即有两个径向过盈配合的外圈构成,外圈与内圈之间设置两列滚动体,其中一列为满装式圆柱滚子,一列为满装式四点接触球,轴承的两端设置密封圈。
由上可知,本实用新型由满装圆柱滚子轴承与另一列满装四点接触球轴承组合而成,具有一整体内圈,两个过盈配合的外圈,其结构紧凑,装配性能良好,轴承各回转工作面均匀承受力,延长了“抗疲劳失效”寿命。由于四点接触球在承受正反交变轴向负荷时仍处于纯滚动状态,从而可避免圆柱滚子端面滑动磨擦引导部件高温烧伤损坏的隐患。本实用新型可根据主机需要可正反两个方向安装,拆卸时也只要推动任一外圈外端面,都会顺利将轴承从壳体及轴体上拆除,可完全排除现有双列圆柱滚子轴承反装拆卸时活内圈卡死在轴肩内而无法完整拆除的结构弊端。相同型号的轴承对比实验表明,其额定径向动负荷、静负荷较现有轴承均有所提高,额定轴向动负荷则提高7倍左右,在相同工况条件下寿命延长2倍左右。

具体实施方式
结合附图,给出本实用新型的实施例如下:
如图2所示,本实用新型的规格直径在200mm-400mm之间,其主要由一整体内圈2.1、两个分体外圈1.1、1.2及双列滚动体组合而成,两个分体外圈1.1、1.2之间径向过盈配合,在外圈与内圈之间设置两列滚动体,其中,一列为满装式圆柱滚子3.1,另一列为满装式角接触球,角接触球可为两点角接触、三点角接触、四点角接触,本实施例采用四点接触球。角接触球可为陶瓷球,也可为钢球,本实施例采用角接触球为钢球6。轴承的两端分别设置O型橡胶密封圈4.1、4.2。装配时,内圈2.1和外圈1.2及圆柱滚子配合,再固定钢球,最后使两个外圈过盈组合即可。

1、一种大型组合轴承,其特征在于:其由一整体内圈(2.1)和两个径向过盈配合的外圈构成,外圈与内圈(2.1)之间设置两列滚动体,其中一列为满装式圆柱滚子(3.1),一列为满装式角接触球(6)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的大型组合轴承,其特征在于:所述的角接触球(6)为四点挂触。
3、根据权利要求1所述的大型组合轴承,其特征在于:轴承的两端分别设置密封圈。
