多重气室防剌防漏内胎轮胎
本实用新型涉及轮胎。
已申请专利的一种“轮胎多重气室防剌防漏之内胎结构”确实具有防剌、防曝的保证行车安全的功效,但据多次实际使用发现仍有下列值得改进之处:
1、此结构设有多个弧形大槽与弧形小槽环绕于中心,组合时极耗人力与
   工时;
2、该圆弧形防剌片是单一片体,因各种轮胎于车辆行驶时,其弧形内壁
   受力时会变形、波动,会影响使用的可靠性;
3、其内、外盘内侧装置有一层包覆橡胶的闪电形防剌片,该防剌片在组
   装、使用时亦有上述二项缺失。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种便于组装,使用更可靠的多重气室防剌防漏内胎轮胎。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:多重气室防剌防漏内胎轮胎,其包括:一多重气室、一内胎本体及一防刺体,其特征是:该多重气室由气室小球体结合而成,并环设相邻相互重叠排列的闪电形槽孔,且于外围设一供置入补胎剂用的环槽孔;内胎本体是由气室小球体相互结合而成的两对外盘与内盘,外盘外缘环设有相邻相互重叠排列的闪电形槽孔,并另设有主气室;防剌体是由气室小球体相互结合而成的闪电形防剌垫,防剌垫上面部贴设有间隔排列的闪电形防剌片,在该贴设处,即闪电形防剌片之间隔处下方形成防剌垫上面部与下面部的防剌片两侧缘相互重叠。
上述设计,藉由防剌垫柔软的弹性与防剌片高强度的挠性相互配合,可因应各种轮胎内壁面的弧度及车辆于行驶中,轮胎受力变化与跳动时,胎形可随之适应,且可使防剌片具有全方位的防剌,达到使于组装、使用更可靠的效果。

如图1-6所示:本实用新型包括:一多重气室10、一内胎本体20及一防剌体30,其特征是:该多重气室10由气室小球体103、204结合而成,并环设相邻相互重叠排列的闪电形槽孔102、210a且于外围设一供置入补胎剂用的环槽孔101;内胎本体20是由气室小球体103、204相互结合而成的两对外盘201与内盘202,外盘201外缘环设有相邻相互重叠排列的闪电形槽孔210a,并另设有主气室203;防剌体30是由气室小球体103、204相互结合而成的闪电形防剌垫302,防剌垫302上面部贴设有间隔排列的闪电形防剌片301,在该贴设处,即闪电形防剌片301之间隔处下方形成防剌垫302上面部与下面部的防剌片301两侧缘相互重叠。
如图2-12所示:其中,于闪电形槽孔102内嵌入防剌体30;另于内胎本体20外盘201外缘的闪电形槽孔201嵌入防剌体30,多重气室10与内胎本体20结合后,置入外胎400内,再框入一轮胎金属框500,即可对主气室203直接充气;轮胎受压前,主气室203保持原有体积,受压后主气室203向外顶张而顶迫气室小球体,造成体厚变薄,使多重气室10与防剌片301贴合更密,且可随外胎内壁的形状而形成环状防剌体,达到全方位防剌、防漏效果,组合快速简便,节省成本,满足使用要求。

1、多重气室防剌防漏内胎轮胎,其包括:一多重气室、一内胎本体及一防剌体,其特征是:该多重气室由气室小球体结合而成,并环设相邻相互重叠排列的闪电形槽孔,且于外围设一供置入补胎剂用的环槽孔;内胎本体是由气室小球体相互结合而成的两对外盘与内盘,外盘外缘环设有相邻相互重叠排列的闪电形槽孔,并另设有主气室;防剌体是由气室小球体相互结合而成的闪电形防刺垫,防剌垫上面部贴设有间隔排列的闪电形防剌片,在该贴设处,即闪电形防剌片之间隔处下方形成防剌垫上面部与下面部的防剌片两侧缘相互重叠。
