Abstract

一种结构型聚氨酯球磨机衬里,是现有同类产品的改进,主要解决构成衬里材料的抗磨损问题,其主要特征是在桶体3内壁上布置有衬板2和压条1,压条中有金属骨架把三者连为一体;端板4上按放射线分布有若干压条1,通过其中金属骨架把端板、衬板和压条三者连为一体,压条和衬板均为聚氨酯合成橡胶浇注成型,本产品可广泛用于各种用途球磨机的衬里。

Description

结构型聚氨酯球磨机衬里
本发明涉及一种球磨机衬里,是现有锰钢、石料、橡胶等球磨机衬里的改进及更新换代产品。
球磨机是冶金、化肥、水泥、电陶、陶瓷工业中不可缺少的关键设备,由于需长时间运转,磨损极为严重,所以,解决其耐磨损、提高磨料纯度是该设备的技术关键。多年来,国内外大量采用的是锰钢、石料、通用橡胶(黑橡胶)等材料来解决衬里;但由于均不是高耐磨材料,所以锒嵌后又厚又重,使工作体积变小,运行耗能增大,噪音增大。此外,采用黑橡胶含有很多无机物质、在高纯材料的研磨上仍受到限制。
针对上述情况,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构型聚氨酯球磨机衬里,能克服现有同类产品的不足,增强其耐磨性,减少衬里厚度、可大大提高研磨材料的纯度,是现有该类产品的更新换代产品。
本发明是这样实现的:在桶体3内壁上布置有衬板2和压条1(见附图),压条1内布置有金属骨架,金属骨架由丁字铁骨架10、螺栓9和螺帽8组成,通过金属骨架把衬板2、压条1固定在桶体3上;端板4上按放射线分布有若干压条1,通过压条内金属骨架把压条和衬板固定在端板4上;衬板和压条均为浇注型聚氨酯合成橡胶。
本发明的优点是:
1)高耐磨性,是锰钢、石料及普通黑橡胶的数倍,可提高衬里的寿命;
2)减少了衬里的厚度,增加容积1.5-3.8倍,提高了生产能力;
3)提高了被研磨料的纯度,该胶在物料热处理时全部燃烧挥发掉,不残留;
4)节省能源、降低噪音,可节省电25-40%,降低噪音24分贝;
5)采用结构型衬板直接浇注桶体和端盖上,可节省大量模具专用费。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步描述:
第一步是把金属骨架布置在模具中,浇注液态聚酯硫化成型为压条;在端板上打出若干放射状孔。把压条按放射状布置在端板上,然后水平浇注液态聚氨酯硫化成型,在桶体上打孔,将压条和衬板模具布置在桶体内壁上,拧紧螺母,将压条、衬板和桶体固定为一体,然后浇注液态聚氨酯硫化成型,这时衬板呈条状,然后抽出模具;当衬板硫化完成后,收缩已完成,应力已消失,再用压条将其进一步固定,从而解决了周向和直径方向的应力,避免了由收缩应力而造成的脱胶。固定一个端盖,将桶体倒转180°,然后返复上述工艺过程,产品完成,然后喷漆后装箱出厂即可。

Claims (3)

1、一种结构型聚氨酯球磨机衬里,主要由桶体(3)、端板(4)、投料孔(5)等组成,其特征在于:在桶体(3)内壁上布置有衬板(2)和压条(1),压条(1)中有金属骨架,通过金属骨架把压条(1)和衬板(2)固定在桶体(3)上;端板(4)上按放射线分布有若干压条(1),通过压条(1)中金属骨架把衬板和放射状压条固定在端板(4)上。
2、按照权利要求1所述球磨机衬里,其特征在于所说的压条(1)中的金属骨架由丁字铁骨架(10)、螺栓(9)和螺帽(8)组成。
3、按照权利要求1所述球磨机衬里,其特征在于所述压条(1)和衬板(2)均为浇注型聚氨酯合成橡胶。
