本实用新型是一种多折式自动开伞结构,它是由外管(11)、中管(12)、内管(13)组成的中棒(1),上巢(2)、活动巢(3)、控制机构(4)、伞骨架(5)、绳索(6)等构成,其绳索(6)一端连接在中棒(1)的下端,另一端绕经上巢(2)位置的滚轮(21)及设于活动巢(3)侧方的滑轮(34),再向上延伸连接于上巢(2)顶部,配合内管(13)内的弹簧(14)及控制机构(4)的组合,则可完成折伞自动开伞功能。

一种多折式自动开伞结构
本实用新型涉及伞具类，特别涉及一种多折式自动开伞结构。
一般的折伞结构，大部分都在伞骨架各支骨位置加设功能小弹簧，另配合有各节内外管及中棒内部的弹簧，才获得自动开伞的效果，常见的各种设计虽可完成其开伞或收伞的功能，但结构都比较复杂。
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述常见折伞存在结构复杂的缺欠，提供一种多折式自动开伞结构。
本实用新型的技术方案：
依据本实用新型的目的，提供一种多折式自动开伞结构，它包括一绳索，其一端连设在中棒的下端，另一端绕经上巢位置的滚轮及设于活动巢侧方的滑轮，再向上延伸连接于上巢顶部，配合内管的弹簧，及控制机构的组合，可达成折伞自动开伞的功能。

(1)为中棒、(11)为外管、(12)为中管、(13)为内管、(14)为弹簧、(131)为束合体、(132)为横柱、(2)为上巢、(21)为滚轮、(3)为活动巢、(31)为缺槽、(32)为导槽、(33)为凸柱、(34)为滑轮、(35)为盖体、(4)为控制机构、(41)为按钮、(42)为小弹簧、(411)为凸缘、(5)为伞骨架、(51)为铁丝、(6)为绳索。
如附图1、附图2及附图3所示，本实用新型是由外管(11)、中管(12)及内管(13)组成中棒(1)，上巢(2)组合于中棒(1)的最上端，活动巢(3)套于外部，而一控制机构(4)结合于下端，并可与伞柄相结合；多折伞骨架(5)的内端分别与上巢(2)及活动巢(3)相枢接，内管(13)的内部则设有弹簧(14)；活动巢(3)下部的一侧设有一缺槽(31)，于上部设有一导槽(32)，导槽(32)下方的巢部位置形成一开孔，另设有一凸柱(33)，以供套合一滑轮(34)，而外部可再结合有一盖体(35)，使整体成为一完整的巢部外观，并藉由结合伞骨架(5)的铁丝(51)环绕，达到锁固的效果；控制机构(4)具有一按钮(41)，按钮(41)的内端组合有一小弹簧(42)，使按钮(41)具有向外弹出之势，而在小弹簧(42)的相对内侧设有一内凸缘(411)，另在内管(13)的下端套合有一束合体(131)，并贯穿按钮(41)的开孔，与控制机构(4)相结合；绳索(6)的下端结合于内管(13)的下部横柱(132)，另端向上延伸绕过设于上巢(2)的滚轮(21)，再向外穿入活动巢(3)的导槽(32)，并绕经滑轮(34)，向上连接于上巢(2)的顶端。
如附图1及附图2所示，当收伞时，活动巢(3)的缺槽(31)受按钮(41)内凸缘(411)的卡合，各管呈收合而弹簧(14)被压缩，形成卡制状态，当施力于按钮(41)，活动巢(3)脱离卡制而向上，藉弹簧(14)的弹力使中外管向上滑移，绳索(6)也持续牵引活动巢(3)上移，达到开伞的位置。
本实用新型结构简单、使用方便。

1、一种多折式自动开伞结构，它是由外管(11)、中管(12)、内管(13)、上巢(2)、活动巢(3)、控制机构(4)、伞骨架(5)、绳索(6)等所组成，其特征在于外管(11)、中管(12)及内管(13)组成中棒(1)，上巢(2)组合于中棒(1)的最上端，活动巢(3)套于外部，控制机构(4)结合于下端并可与伞柄相结合，多折伞骨架(5)的内端分别与上巢(2)及活动巢(3)相枢接，内管(13)的内部则设有弹簧(14)，绳索(6)下端结合于内管的下部横柱(132)，另端向上延伸，绕过设于上巢的滚轮(21)，再向外穿入活动巢(3)的导槽(32)，而绕经滑轮(34)后，再向上连接于上巢(2)的顶端。
2、按照权利要求1所述的一种多折式自动开伞结构，其特征在于所说活动巢(3)的下部的一侧设有一缺槽(31)，于上部设有一导槽(32)，在导槽(32)下方的巢部位置形成一开孔，另设有一凸柱(33)，以供套合一滑轮(34)，并在外部可再组合有一盖体(35)。
3、按照权利要求1所述的一种多折式自动开伞结构，其特征在于所说的控制机构(4)具有一按钮(41)，按钮(41)的内端装有小弹簧(42)，并在小弹簧(42)的相对内侧设有一内凸缘(411)，可卡制活动巢的缺槽(31)。
