Abstract
一种转子式液体温度混合调节阀,由阀壳及其内设冷、热液输入管、混液输出管、设于输出管内的温度传感器、装于阀壳侧部的无挡铁转子式电磁铁组成。电磁铁的转子式衔铁转轴外延端所装的调节块两侧面能分别与冷、热液输入管口端面贴合。线圈通电后,调节块就能根据预设温度按比例调节冷、热液流量,使混合液温度达到恒定。本实用新型具有结构简单、体积小、功耗小、工作力大以及调节响应快、精度高、工作稳定可靠等优点。
Description
本实用新型涉及液体温度调节阀技术领域,特别是一种通过随机调节不同温度液体的混合比例来控制混合后液体温度的转子式液体温度混合调节阀。
现有的液体温度混合调节阀,一般用作水温调节,采用手动方式的混合调节阀是把冷水管和热水管接通阀体,通过手动操作来调节冷、热水的混合比例,从而达到调节出水温度的目的,此种方法的不足之处在于:一方面调节精度不高;另一方面是当进水温度改变时,要用人工不断地调节,才可以保证出水温度接近设定值。而一些自动式的液体温度混合调节阀,则往往采用双金属片、记忆金属或液体膨胀式结构来调节冷、热液体的比例,它们既是感应元件,也是执行元件,由此而产生的问题是:调节不方便,反应较为缓慢,调节精度不高,由于不能通过电量来改变阀体的预置温度,因而很难与外围设备联动来完成自动化控制,同时,这类结构的混合调节阀也难于保证能长期稳定工作并具有较长的工作寿命。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种转子式液体温度混合调节阀,它不但能通过电量的变化来连续改变液体混合后的预置温度,而且调节迅速、精度高、工作稳定。
本实用新型的另一个目的还在于它能做到结构简单、体积小、功耗小、工作力大。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种转子式液体温度混合调节阀,包括阀壳及其内所设的冷液输入管、热液输入管及其混合液输出管、设于输出管内的温度传感器及控制电路,在阀壳侧部固装有用于控制冷、热液体比例的无挡铁转子式电磁铁,该电磁铁的转子式衔铁转轴外延端固装有调节块。该调节块两侧面能分别与位于阀壳内腔的冷液输入管口端面和热液输入管口端面贴合,并可在两端面之间作任意角度的摆动或停留,衔铁转轴设在阀壳上的轴承外壳定位孔内装有橡胶密封圈。所述无挡铁转子式电磁铁装有复位弹簧,其一端固定在铁芯或支架上,另一端装在转子式衔铁一侧或衔铁转轴延伸部所紧固的臂杆上。该复位弹簧一端设有调节螺丝,用于修正各种因素所造成的系统误差。
在无挡铁转子式电磁铁不通电工作的情况下,由于复位弹簧的作用,调节块其中一个侧面会贴合在冷液输入管口端面或热液输入管口端面。通电工作时,通过改变电磁铁线圈电流大小,调节块在上述冷。热液输入管口端面之间摆动,进行冷、热液体流量的比例调节,其摆动范围最终可使调节块另一侧面能贴合在热液输入管口端面或冷液输入管口端面。
设于混合液输出管内的温度传感器提供电信号,与预置温度的预设电压进行比较,就可以按比例调节冷、热液体流量,从而使混合液体温度达到恒定。
无挡铁转子式电磁铁由铁芯、线圈、转子式衔铁组成,转子式衔铁通过转轴及轴承支承在紧固于铁芯的支架上,该衔铁两侧端面与对应的铁芯侧面具有等距离间隙,因而,具有吸力特性平坦、起始吸力大的特点,可以很方便地改变线圈电流、调节吸合行程并进行接近线性的连续调节。参见图1所示曲线。
显而易见,本实用新型采用了无挡铁转子式电磁铁,把感应元件与执行元件分离,能通过改变电量来改变预置温度,与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有调节响应快、精度高、工作稳定可靠、可与外围设备联合进行自动控制等优点。
图1是无挡铁转子式电磁铁的吸力特性曲线图,图中F表示吸力,δ表示衔铁的行程,吸合终点为0。
图2是本实用新型一个实施例的结构示意图。
图3是图2去掉阀壳及温度传感器后的无挡铁转子式电磁铁结构示意图。
图4是图2所示阀壳部分的A-A剖视图。
通过下面实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细阐述。
参见图2、图3、图4所示,本实施例转子式液体温度混合调节阀用于热水器,它的调温液体是水,该调节阀由阀壳6、安装在阀壳内腔2混合液输出管上的温度传感器8与控制电路及安装于阀壳6一侧的无挡铁转子式电磁铁组成。阀壳6内腔2设有冷进水管、热进水管及混合水出水管16,在阀壳6一侧平面上开有衔铁转轴轴承外壳15的定位孔,电磁铁的转轴轴承外壳15及转轴9延伸部就安装定位于此,并在该定位孔内转轴9上装有橡胶密封圈14。无挡铁转子式电磁铁通过其铁芯5及支架4固装在阀壳6一侧平面上,其转子衔铁11与支架4之间设有复位弹簧12,在该复位弹簧12上还装有调节螺丝13。在转轴9外延端装有调节块1,该调节块1位于冷进水管口端面3和热进水管口端面10之间,调节块1两侧面能分别贴合于冷进水管口端面3和热进水管口端面10,这是调节块1的起点和终点状态。当控制电路通电后,温度传感器8输出电信号与预置温度的预设电压进行比较,输出一个可控制的电量给线圈7,电磁铁工作,调节块1在冷、热进水管口端面3、10之间作任意角度的摆动或停留,实现按比例调节冷、热水流量,从混合出水管16流出的混合水温度恒定在预置温度范围内。
Claims (3)
1、一种转子式液体温度混合调节阀,包括阀壳及其内所设的冷液输入管、热液输入管及其混合液输出管、设于输出管内的温度传感器及控制电路,其特征在于:在阀壳侧部固装有用于控制冷、热液体比例的无挡铁转子式电磁铁;该电磁铁的转子式衔铁转轴外延端固装有调节块;调节块两侧面能分别与位于阀壳内腔的冷液输入管口端面和热液输入管口端面贴合,并可在两端面之间作任意角度的摆动或停留;衔铁转轴设在阀壳上的轴承外壳定位孔内装有橡胶密封圈。
2、根据权利要求1所述的混合调节阀,其特征在于:所述无挡铁转子式电磁铁装有复位弹簧,其一端固定在铁芯或支架上,另一端装在转子式衔铁一侧或衔铁转轴延伸部所紧固的臂杆上。
3、根据权利要求2所述的混合调节阀,其特征在于:所述复位弹簧一端设有调节螺丝。
