本实用新型属于卫生材料用品。由网状布基线层(1)和涂挂于其上的热塑性高分子树脂涂料层(2)构成。本产品在大于60℃时能软化,有良好的自粘功能,不粘皮肤,且产品生理惰性、无毒、无味,对皮肤无刺激与过敏反应,在常温下有较好的强度,有消毒杀菌功能,主要用于骨伤科作骨折部位的矫型和固定作用。具有质量轻、X射线透过率高、可生物降解、不污染环境等特点。

高分子树脂绷带
本实用新型属于卫生材料用品,涉及一种骨折外伤固定使用的新型卫生材料。
长期以来,骨折外伤治疗,都是采用石膏(石膏绷带)对骨折部位作复位后的固定,起到固定和保护作用,但使用不方便,而且由于石膏质量重、不透气,给患者带来诸多不便,并会造成固定部位皮肤受损,甚至溃烂,同时因为石膏材料对X射线的透过率低,不便于治疗过程的跟踪检查。
本实用新型的目的,在于克服上述石膏绷带存在的缺点,提供一种新型的替代产品。
本实用新型,由网状布基线层和涂挂于其上的能消毒杀菌、可生物降解的热塑性高分子树脂涂料层构成。
本实用新型所述的涂料层,可以己内脂及己内脂衍生多元酯为主要原料,增加戊二醛杀菌剂及钛白粉等辅助材料,制成胶状物,采用专用设备,在网状布基层线上涂挂上涂料层,其原度为0.5~1.5mm。
本实用新型,可制成片状或条带状。
本实用新型具有如下特点:
1、X射线透过率高,方便患者治疗过程中的跟踪检查。
2、在大于60℃的条件下能软化,并且有良好的自粘功能,不粘皮肤,使操作者使用非常方便。
3、生理惰性、无毒、无味,对皮肤无刺激及过敏性反应。
4、质量轻、强度大、韧性好、多孔结构、透气性能好。
5、在大于60℃温度时,具有良好的可塑性,可随意成型,常温下有较强的硬度。
6、具有消毒和灭菌功能。
7、可生物降解,对环境不致于造成污染。
下面实施例结合附图对本实用新型的结构和作用作进一步说明。
图1是本实用新型的结构示意图,图2是图1的A-A剖视图。
图中,1为网状布基线层,2为能消毒杀菌、可生物降解的热塑性高分子树脂涂料层。
该新型卫生材料使用时,先将材料浸泡在大于60℃的热水中,材料受热软化后,即可直接作骨折部位复位后的包扎固定使用,并能达到理想的固定和保护目的。

Claims (2)

1、一种高分子树脂绷带,其特征为:由网状布基线层(1)和涂挂于其上的能消毒杀菌、可生物降解的热塑性高分子树脂涂料层(2)构成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的高分子树脂绷带,其特征为:所述高分子树脂涂料层(2)的厚度为0.5~1.5mm,是以己内脂及己内脂衍生多元酯为主要原料,增加戊二醛杀菌剂及钛白粉等辅助材料,经加工制成。
