本实用新型涉及一种编织物,尤其是指一种带芯。
目前,使用加覆面的四层以下编织带芯和多层帆布做带芯的输送带,胶面与带芯结合较好,但有整体性能差、抗拉强度小、安全性差等缺点,用钢丝绳做带芯的输送带抗拉强度大,但有带芯与输送带的胶面结合力差、安全性差等缺点。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种抗拉强度大,使用寿命长,便于浸胶的带芯,以解决现有技术的不足。
本实用新型是这样实现的:
一种带芯,由经线2、纬线3交织而成,在带芯的表面有棉线1与经线2及纬线3交织成的覆面。
带芯由五层纬线和经线整体交织而成,经线呈渡浪状,分两层呈间隔分布、交结成网状,在一个基本组织中,每层经线中的每条经线与另外五条经线交叉,形成的交叉孔中均匀分布纬线,上层与下层的结合部共用一条纬线。
织成覆面的方法是A、B、C型织法其中的一种。

实施例一:覆面用棉线与带芯以B型织法交织而成,带芯的经线采用尼龙66线,每根经线采用五根1670分特的线纺成,每条纬线采用1870分特的八根棉线纺成,棉线、经线、纬线如附图交织而成。
由于采用上述结构,使带芯有较好的与胶面结合性和较好的表面附着力,胶可浸入带芯中的纬线中,使整条带芯与胶面结合较好,生产的输送带有整体性能好、安全、使用寿命长、强力分布均匀、接头性能好等优点。

1、一种带芯,由经线(2)、纬线(3)交织而成,其特征在于:在带芯的表面有棉线(1)与经线(2)及纬线(3)交织成的覆面。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种带芯,其特征在于:带芯由五层纬线和经线整体交织而成,经线呈波浪状,分两层,呈间隔分布,交结成网状,在一个基本组织中,每层经线中的每条经线与另外五条经线交叉,形成的交叉孔中均匀分布纬线,上层与下层的结合部共用一条纬线。
