本实用新型是一种主要用于切冻肉的刀。
现在冰箱已经普及使用，但是用普通菜刀切冻肉却是一件费力的事，本实用新型的目的是提供一种切冻肉省力的刀。
下面结合附图，对本实用新型进行详述。
图1是冻肉刀示意图，图中1铰链、2刀片、3刀杆、4刀柄、5挡板、6底板。刀片2、刀杆3、刀柄4为一体化结构，并通过铰链1与底板6连接，刀杆3、刀柄4与刀片2成一定角度，当刀片2触及底板6时，手柄与底板有一定距离，使握刀的手部不碰到底板。挡板5固定在底板6上，起定位作用。使用时，把冻肉放在刀片2下、挡板5和铰链1之间，向下压刀柄4，冻肉即被切开。
冻肉刀的力量是普通刀的几倍。
下面对最佳实施例进行详述。
刀片、刀杆、铰链、挡板均由金属制作，手柄和底板可用木材或塑料，组合在一起即构成本实用新型。

1、冻肉刀，由铰链1、刀片2、刀杆3、刀柄4、挡板5、底板6等组成，其特征是刀片2、刀杆3、刀柄4连为一体，并与底板6通过铰链1连接，刀杆3、刀柄4与刀片2成一定角度，当刀片2触及底板6时，刀柄4与底板6仍有一定距离，挡板5固定在底板6上。
