本实用新型属于汽车零件,是涉及一种内燃机滤清器滤芯的改进。
目前普遍使用的滤清器滤芯,多为纸制的,使用寿命短且造价高。而以聚乙烯为材料制成的滤清器滤芯结构为中心开有中心孔的上下端盖分别粘接在滤管上,这种结构容易造成汽油或柴油直接由中心通过而使过滤效果不佳,且工序较复杂。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种过滤更彻底,且结构工序更简单的内燃机滤清器滤芯。
本实用新型的技术方案是滤清器滤芯由超分子量改性聚乙烯为材料制成。并且滤芯加工成长园柱齿轮形,长园柱齿轮形的滤芯一端面为密闭式,中间有园柱形长孔,另一端面与上盖粘接,上盖加工有园中心孔。
本实用新型的积极效果是节省工序,操作简单且过滤效果好,造价低。

下面结合附图对本实用新型具体的实施方式进一步描述,在图1中滤芯1和上盖2用超高分子量改性聚乙烯材料制成。滤芯1加工成园柱形齿轮状,滤芯一端面为密封,中间有园柱形长孔,另一端面与上盖粘接。上盖2上加工有中心孔。

1、一种内燃机滤清器滤芯是由超高分子量改性聚乙烯材料制成,并由滤芯(1)与上盖(2)组成,其特征在于:滤芯(1)加工成长园柱齿轮形,长园柱齿轮形的滤芯(1)一端面为密闭式,中间有园柱形长孔,另一端面与上盖(2)粘接,上盖(2)加工有园中心孔。
