Description

本实用新型涉及了一种汽车用汽油、柴油滤清器滤芯。
现有各类汽车用滤清器的滤芯为一种特制纸质滤芯，使用时间短，需经常更换，而且不能有效地阻止汽油、柴油中所含水分进入发动机，从而影响燃料的燃烧。
本实用新型针对上述问题，提供一种采用超高分子量的低压聚乙烯材料制成的汽车用汽油、柴油滤清器滤芯。
本实用新型的任务是按如下方式完成的；汽车用汽油、柴油滤清器滤芯采用超高分子量聚乙烯为材料，并由滤管、上端盖、下端盖粘接而构成，其上、下端盖带有与滤清器配合的中心孔。
本实用新型采用带有微孔的超高分子量聚乙烯制作的滤芯，具有尺寸小、有效过滤面积大的特点，它能滤出汽油、柴油中的机构杂质，减少油路堵塞、延长发动机使用寿命，并能有效的阻止汽油、柴油中所含水分进入发动机，从而改善燃烧条件，达到节油目的，经长春汽车研究所测试在性能上优于目前汽车上所采用的纸质滤芯。
