Abstract
用于将滚动轴承夹持在轴上的弹性容隙环,包括一根带滚动轴承(3,10)的轴(2),轴(2)上有沟槽(7)和环绕此轴安装的弹性容隙环(5),环(5)有一倒角端(8)同上述滚动轴承接触,并且有一内肩(6)伸入沟槽(7)内。为使环(5)的内肩(6)能卡在沟槽(7)内,并保持环的轴向强度,至少有一条狭缝(12)从环件的倒角端朝环的另一端延伸,但并不到达另一端。
Description
本发明实用新型涉及一种弹性容隙环和带此环的轴装置。
法国专利538058号公开了一种滚珠轴承,它带有一个由螺母紧固在轴上的开缝式锥形套;但是此套中的狭缝所起的作用与本发明的目的不同。
德国专利2231099号公开了一种轴装置中用到的弹性材料制成的容隙环,此环具有一个装于轴的沟槽中的内肩,同时此环的外表面倒斜面并与内座圈的表面相接触,从而使得此环在一压紧弹簧的压力下将内肩卡在轴上的沟槽之中。通过把轴上的这一沟槽加长到比此环的内肩的轴向长度还长,就能使此环能相对于该轴运动,例如当把一转向轮对着此环装到轴上时便可能出现这种情形。
现有技术提出了目前所用的这类环(见图1),应该注意到,为了将此环装配到轴上,环沿着它的轴向长度在标号1处有狭缝,使得它所张开的口能让内肩沿着轴的外表面滑动,直到它到达轴上的沟槽位置而后卡到槽内。
但是已经注意到,在轴向负荷的某些状态下可以发生变形,这就产生了需控制环件的问题。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种改进的用于将滚动轴承夹持在轴上的由弹性材料制成的容隙环。
根据本实用新型的一个方面,提出了用于轴装置上的弹性材料制成的容隙环,此轴装置包括带沟槽的轴以及围绕此轴安装的至少一个滚动轴承,环箍在轴上且有一端同滚动轴承相接触,此环件在上述这一端上构成一个经装配可进入前述沟槽内的部分,在上述这一端于环的外侧还有倒角面,其特征在于:至少有一条狭缝从上述这一端朝向环件的另一端延伸出,但却不到达另一端。
根据本实用新型的另一个方面,提出了一种轴装置,它包括带有沟槽的轴、围绕此轴安装的至少一个滚动轴承接触,环在上述这一端上有一部分伸入到所述沟槽内,在上述这一端于环件的外侧上有一倒角面,且至少有一条狭缝以及压紧弹簧装置,后者将滚动轴承推抵到环上,使得这一弹簧装置的力作用于环上从而有助于使环保持在沟槽内,其特征在于:上述的至少一条狭缝是从上述这一端朝向环的另一端延伸但却不到达另一端。
在环上最好开三条这样的狭缝,每条狭缝都从一端开始向环的另一端延伸但并不到达另一端。
为了更好地理解本实用新型并说明其如何起作用,下面将以举例形式对照附图中的图2,3与4加以描述,在附图中,
图1是现有技术的弹性容隙环;
图2是带有容隙环的轴装置一端的一部分的局部纵向剖视图;
图3是图2中所示容隙环的示意性透视图;和
图4是此容隙环的纵向剖面图。
图2表明轴2的一部分,这部分上安装有角接触滚动轴承座圈3,座圈3上安装着外管4。
在所示管4的端部,弹性容隙环5带有内肩6,内肩位于在轴2上经滚轧、压制或者机加工而成的沟槽7中。环5在带有肩6的这一端的外表面为一倒角面8,它抵住内座圈10的表面9,在依图2中箭头所指方向上,在一压紧弹簧(未示出)的作用下,使内肩6卡在沟槽7中。这样便可阻止内肩6滑出沟槽。
通过使沟槽7加长到比内肩6的长度还长,就可使环5相对于所述轴运动,例如当使一转向轮对着环5的另一端面紧固到所述轴上时,便可能有这种情形。
如图3与4所示,环5设置有至少一个,图示中为三个基本上等间隔分布的狭缝12,它们从环5的具有内肩6的这一端开始朝向环5的另一端11延伸,但不到达另一端11。通过将各条狭缝中止于不到达端部11的位置,与图1中所示的环相比,环5的轴向强度得以提高,此外,这种更接近于管状的结构在相同的载荷下较不易变形。
为了装配上环件5,先将此环件配合到轴2上(环件5的主内径相对于轴2构成间隙配合),管4受迫对着图2中的箭头所示的方向反抗它的压紧弹簧并且环5的内肩6间隙地配合在沟槽7中。然后松释管4使弹簧的压力迫使内肩6卡入到沟槽7中。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于将滚动轴承夹持在轴上的弹性材料制成的容隙环(5),此种轴装置包括一个带沟槽(7)的轴(2)和围绕此轴安装的至少一个滚动轴承(10),环绕此轴配合且有一端部同滚动轴承的内座圈(10)接触的环(5),此环在上述端部倒角面(8)上有一个经装配可卡入前述沟槽(7)内的内肩(6),在上述端部处,于环的外侧设有端部倒角面(8),其特征在于:在所述上部形成至少一条从上述端部倒角面(8)朝向环(5)的另一端延伸,但却不到达另一端的狭缝(12)。
2.如权利要求1所述的容隙环,其特征在于:制成容隙环性材料为塑料。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的容隙环,其特征在于有三条上述的狭缝(12),都从端部倒角面(8)朝向环(5)的另一端延伸,但却不到达另一端,三条缝在环(5)周围基本上等间距分布。
