Abstract

Description

本发明涉及轴向尺寸很小,但负荷能力很高配有环形弹性滑动密封的新型滚柱轴承,该轴向尺寸约为8毫米,能承受1000千克左右的负荷;由于应用了特殊结构及轴向作用的密封,因而上述轴承大大降低了制造校正费用,提高了负荷能力;或在相同的负荷条件下,减短轴向尺寸。
更确切的说,本发明涉及对本人在1990年1月19日提出申请,申请号为NO.19109A/90意大利专利中所叙述的具有弹性密封的滚柱轴承进行改进。
上述滚柱轴承特别适用于作为织机中综絖的运转杆件的接头,其中,由于存在大量尘埃及杂质,因此适宜使用配有滑动弹性密封的预加润滑脂的滚柱轴承以避免润滑油脂逸出。该轴承大体上包含有为滚柱提供外滚动轨道的外座圈,该座圈的横截面为C形;其上有二侧面件作为滚柱的肩,肩的终端有二圆柱形表面,通过滑动接触与二径向作用的弹性密封圈相配,该二密封圈分别固定在二相对的侧肩环上,该二相对的侧肩环安装在轴承内座圈侧面彼此相对的相应环槽中,轴承内座圈中包含有供上述滚柱用的内滚动轨道。
由于织机制造行业面临的高度竞争,当前的首要问题是在不影响这类轴承的功能的情况下,尽一切可能降低它们的生产费用。由此发现,上述轴承由于其外座圈的截面形状为C形,而C形的内表面要求很高的精度才能顺利运转,因此需要很高的磨削加工及测试费用。
为排除上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于,在密封性能不变的条件下提供一种负荷能力高,但生产成本大为降低的轴承。
本发明的实质是把轴承外座圈的C形截面改成矩形截面,从而大大便于磨削加工及测试,因为只有较少的表面需要加工,并使用二相对侧肩环,它们被安装在轴承内座圈两边相对的对应环形槽中,伸过上述外座圈的滚动轨道,从而为外座圈提供侧肩,在每个侧肩一端有最好为截头锥体的环状弹性附件,在轴承外座圈的二侧上造成轴向作用的滑动密封,该肩环由该接头的被插入部件的二颊板定位。
应用上述结构除了上面所述理由可以降低生产费用外,也可提高负载能力,因为现在有可能设计轴向厚度小的肩环及弹性密封,从而在相同的轴承厚度的情况下可选用轴向较长的滚柱,因为所用的密封是与外座圈的侧面接触而不再是与肩附件接触,而后者需具有一定的最小宽度以保证弹性元件的永久密封作用,从而明显限制了对滚柱的使用宽度。
因此,用作接头的轴向小尺寸、高负载的轴承包含一内部装有上述轴承的插入部件,该部件插入一被插入部件的二颊板中,上述轴承包含一内座圈及一外座圈,该二座圈为上述滚柱提供圆柱形导向及滚动轨道;以及为上述滚柱所设的二环形滑动弹性密封,分别紧固在二相对的侧肩环上,该二相对的侧肩环安装在轴承内座圈两边相对的相应环形槽中,按照本发明,其特征在于,上述二相对的侧肩环正交地伸过外座圈的导向及滚动轨道,该外座圈的截面为矩形,在轴向作用下,上述环形滑动密封与轴承的外座圈的侧面相配合,该肩环由该接头的被插入部件的二颊板定位。
按照本发明的一优选实施方案,上述二环形滑动弹性密封各包含一弹性盖,其材料最好是橡胶,该盖位于侧肩环的自由外表面,在肩环的自由外端处,该盖有一截头锥体形弹性环形突出唇,向着滚柱方向,具直径增大,厚度随之减小,并伸过靠近滚柱的上述肩环的表面。
这样,在装入轴承后,上述突出唇弹性地向里搭接在轴承外座圈的侧面上,形成一轴向作用力,即使接头因载荷作用在内外轨道间有小的径向或轴向移动,也能有效地起到很好的滑动密封作用。
最后,按照本发明另一优选实施方案,为滚柱所设的二相对的侧肩环的内径稍微小于位于轴承内座圈二侧相对应的环形槽的最小直径。
在上述微小的过盈下,肩环装在内座圈的槽中,获得定位,从而大大简化了轴承的安装。
在下文中参照附图对本发明作进一步的阐明,这些附图说明了一种作为非限制性举例的优选实施方案,在不背离本发明范围的情况下,可在技术上或结构上对该实例作出改进。
下面参照附图说明本发明的实施例,附图中:

在各图中,标号1为接头的插入部件,其中装有轴承2,该插入部件插入该接头的被插入部件5的二颊板3及4中,并以螺栓6穿过被插入部件5中的孔7及轴承2的孔8与螺帽9配合。
轴承2中包含有截面形状为矩形的外座圈10,该座圈为滚柱12提供一圆柱状的导向及滚动轨道11,一内座圈13,同样为滚柱12提供一圆柱形导向及滚动轨道14,该轨道与轨道11相对,在其相对二边外端,此内座圈13包含有二相对的环形槽15及16、该二环形槽按滚柱12所需装有二相对的侧肩环17及18,此二侧肩环正交地伸过外座圈10的导向及滚动轨道11。上述相对的侧肩环17及18的内径稍小于相应的环形槽15及16的最小直径,因此为了克服此过盈量,上述肩环必须压入槽中,由于肩环无法移动且不会脱出,从而显然简化了轴承的安装。
接头的被插入部件5的二颊板3及4使侧肩环17及18得以定位,以弹性材料如橡胶制成的盖19复盖在侧肩环的外表面上,在肩环自由端处,盖的终端为滑动弹性密封,它为一截头锥体形的环状弹性突出唇20,向着滚柱12的方向,该弹性唇的直径增大,厚度随之减小(参见图3),当弹性唇20处于未变形状态时,它伸过靠近滚柱12的肩环18的表面21,如图3中虚线20所示。
因此,弹性唇从位置20′变到位置20所造成的轴向变形形成轴向推力,从而保证了弹性唇20在轴承2外座圈10的侧面22上的完善密封。

Claims (3)

1、一种用作接头的轴向小尺寸、高负载滚柱轴承,该轴承包含一插入部件,其内部装有上述轴承,上述插入部件插入另一被插入部件的二颊片中,上述轴承包含有一内座圈及一外座圈,二座圈为上述滚柱提供相对的圆柱形导向及滚动轨道,按上述滚柱所需,另有二环形滑动弹性密封分别紧固在二相对的侧肩环的外表面上,上述二侧肩环安装在上述轴承的内座圈二侧所形成的两相对的二槽中,其特征在于,上述二相对侧肩环正交地伸过外座圈的导向及滚动轨道。外座圈的截面为矩形,上述环形滑动弹性密封在轴向力作用下与上述轴承外座圈的二侧边搭接,上述侧肩由接头的被插入部件的二颊板定位。
2、按权利要求1所述的滚柱轴承,其特征在于,上述二环形滑动弹性密封各包含一弹性盖,最好为橡胶制成,装在侧肩环的自由外表面上,上述盖在上述肩环的自由外端部处包含有一弹性环状截头圆锥体状的突出唇,向着滚柱方向其厚度随直径增大而减薄,并伸过靠近滚柱的上述肩环的表面。
3、按权利要求1所述的滚柱轴承,其特征在于,为滚柱提供的二上述相对的侧肩环的内径稍微小于位于轴承内座圈二侧的相应环形槽的最小直径。
