Abstract

本实用新型涉及对燃油(汽油、柴油)进行磁化处理的燃油处理装置的改进。现有燃油磁化处理装置大都选用环状永磁体,通油管内磁场相对比较弱,有的结构复杂,装配困难,所需部件多。本实用新型的燃油净化器是在通油管的外壁上紧贴有至少一对N极和S极相对应的瓦状永久磁体,使在通油管内产生稳定高效的磁场,提高了对燃油的磁化作用。本实用新型结构简单,加工制造容易,使用方便,可大大节约能源、防止环境污染。应用范围广泛。

Description

燃油净化器
本实用新型涉及应用于汽车等油箱的供给系统与发动机等的燃烧系统间对燃油.(汽油、柴油)进行磁化处理的燃油处理装置的改进。
将燃油经过磁性处理,分解燃油的油分子,使油粒子微量化,再供给燃烧系统,可使燃油充分燃烧,提高燃烧效率,节约燃料,减少污染。现有的燃油处理装置大多使用一个或多个环状永久磁体串联构成,每个磁体一端呈N极另一端呈S极,环内的磁场对环内通油管中流过的燃油产生磁化作用。但这种结构方式在通油管内产生的磁场相对比较弱,想要提高燃烧效率和降低排烟浓度难以达到予期效果。也有将环状永久磁体以其他方式安装的,但结构复杂,装配比较困难,所需部件多。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种燃油净化器,使燃油通过的通油管内形成较稳定的高效磁场,提高对燃油的磁化作用,提高燃烧效率,减少燃料消耗量,降低排烟浓度,达到节约能源、防止环境污染的目的,而且安装简便,所需部件大大减少。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:这种燃油净化器,在圆筒状外壳的一端连接入油管,另一端连接出油管,在外壳的中部连接入油管入油口和出油管出油口之间安装有磁性通油管,其特点是在圆筒状外壳内通油管外壁上装有至少一对内侧呈N极的瓦状永久磁体和内侧呈S极的瓦状永久磁体。每对永久磁体在内侧相对应的紧贴在通油管外壁上,在通油管内形成强而稳定的磁场,使流过通油管的燃油受到充分的磁化,使油粒子变小,燃烧效率得到提高,燃料消耗量减少。此外,排烟得到一定控制,排气中有害物质等也明显降低。
为了防止对应的两块瓦状永久磁体相互偏离串动,在通油管的外壁上对应设有两条轴向的防偏离部件。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。

参见附图,这种燃油净化器10的外壳11呈圆筒状,材质不限,但为了防止安装在内部的瓦状永久磁体的磁性不外漏,尽量不造成对车辆中其他电子部件的影响,最好使用非磁性材料,如铝材等。外壳的一端装有入油管14(出油管15),另一端装有出油管15(入油管14)。入油管、出油管与外壳间用常规方法密封连接。外壳的中部连接入油管的入油口12(出油管的出油口13)和出油管的出油口13(入油管的入油口12)之间装有导磁性的通油管20,材料选用不锈钢或铁。在通油管的外壁上装有至少一对(本实施例为三对,但也不限于此)瓦状永久磁体21,一块瓦状永久磁体是内侧呈N极的瓦状永久磁体22,另一块是内侧呈S极的瓦状永久磁体23,两块瓦状磁体相互吸引紧贴在通油管外壁上。在通油管外壁上,为了防止瓦状永久磁体沿环向偏离,沿通油管轴向加有防偏离部件24。
使用时,本实用新型安装于燃烧系统16和油箱18之间,入油管接于油箱一侧的连接管19,出油管接于燃烧系统一侧的连接管17。燃烧系统指的是如汽车的汽油柴油发动机、船舶发动机、空调机、发电机组等设备的燃烧部件。应用范围广泛。
本实用新型设计人实施了如下技术参数的燃油净化器,在2吨货车上进行燃料消耗量的对比试验。
技术参数:
外壳:全长220mm,外径30mm,内径26mm,铝制。
通油管:全长210mm,外径16mm,内径15mm,不锈钢制成。
瓦状永久磁体:外径26mm,内径16mm,厚度10mm,一块的长度35mm,用钕制成,每块磁束高度12000高斯的N极瓦状永久磁体和S极瓦状永久磁体各6块。
在市区行驶,每次行驶210公里,行驶三次,分别测量每次行驶时汽油的消耗量,计算出每立升汽油行驶距离的平均值。测量燃料消耗率,不安装该燃油净化器时每立升行驶距离平均为3.22公里,安装该燃油净化器平均为4.25公里,与不安装时相比提高了约32%。
本实用新型结构简单,加工制作容易,使用方便效果好,推广后将产生巨大经济效益和社会效益。

Claims (2)

1、一种燃油净化器,在外壳的一端连接入油管,另一端连接出油管,在外壳的中部连接入油管入油口和出油管出油口之间安装有导磁性的通油管,其特征在于在外壳内通油管外壁上装有至少一对内侧呈N极的瓦状永久磁体和内侧呈S极的瓦状永久磁体。
2、如权利要求1所述的燃油净化器,其特征在于在通油管的外壁上具有防止N极瓦状永久磁体和S极瓦状永久磁体偏离的轴向防偏离部件。
