本实用新型涉及一种用于盛装冰淇淋等半流质食品的蛋卷壳,属于食品领域。
现有的用蛋卷壳盛装冰淇淋的食品,如甜筒类食品,由于现有的蛋卷壳会吸收水份,存放一段时间后蛋卷壳就会因受潮而变软,失去了蛋卷壳原来所特有的脆性风味,影响了口味。
本实用新型的任务是针对现有的蛋卷壳所存在的上述不足之处,提供一种不会吸收水份、具有隔潮性能的用于盛装冰淇淋等半流质食品的蛋卷壳。

一种具有隔水防潮的蛋卷壳,该蛋卷壳是由蛋卷层1、内隔水层2、外隔水层3组成。其中蛋卷层1是采用现有的蛋卷壳生产方法制成,内隔水层2和外隔水层3是用巧克力涂在蛋卷层1的内侧面和外侧面上而成。由于巧克力中的油脂成分具有不吸水的特性,故能使蛋卷壳起到隔水防潮作用,蛋卷壳在存放一段时间后,仍能保持原来所特有的脆性风味不变。

1、一种蛋卷壳,其特征在于该蛋卷壳是由蛋卷层1和隔水层组成,其中隔水层设在蛋卷层1的一个侧面上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的蛋卷壳,其特征在于隔水层分为内隔水层2和外隔水层3,其中内隔水层2和外隔水层3分别设在蛋卷层1的内侧面与外侧面上。
