园形摆线泵
本实用新型涉及液压技术领域，尤其涉及液压泵技术领域。
现有的BB-B摆线油泵，外形是六角形，泵片与泵片之间的错边严重超差，内外转子两端面直接工作在前、后盖铸件的内端面上，容易发热、磨损。
本实用新型提供一种克服上述缺陷，工作时内、外转子端面不与前、后铸件的内端面接触，能消除错边现象，不易发热，耐磨损的园形摆线泵。
本实用新型包括前、后泵盖、中片、心轴、内、外转子，摆线泵呈园形状，在前、后泵盖内端面设有台阶孔，其孔内设置镶片。
前、后泵盖内端面的台阶孔呈园形。
镶片可以采用金属材料、或采用非金属材料。
镶片与前、后泵盖内端面在统一水平线上。
本实用新型由于在前、后泵盖内端面设置3园形台阶孔，是在孔内设置了不同于泵片铸件材料的镶片，减小磨损，延长了摆线泵的使用寿命，比原摆线泵寿命提高2倍以上，泵的外观呈园形状，加工方便，消除了装配后的错边现象，而且增加了外观的美感。

图中1是心轴、2是前盖、3是内转子、4是外转子、5是中片、6是后盖、7是前盖镶片、8是后盖镶片。

结合附图介绍实施例：
如图所示，本实用新型主要由心轴1、前，后泵盖2和6，内、外转子3和4，中片5、密封圈组成。在园形台阶孔内镶片时先在台阶孔内与镶片上均涂抹耐油密封胶，再将镶片7、8采用过盈配合的方法，压入台阶孔内，由定位销固定，镶片后精平磨至前、后泵盖2、6的内端面在统一水平线上，使园形镶片7和8与泵盖同一中心线。油泵装配合格后，再车一刀外园，使外既整齐又美观。

1、一种园形摆线泵，它包括前、后泵盖、中片、心轴、内外转子，其特征在于摆线泵呈园形状，在前、后盖内端面，设有台阶孔，其孔内设置镶片。
2、根据权利要求1所述的园形摆线泵，其特征在于，前、后盖内端面的台阶孔呈园形。
3、根据权利要求1所述园形摆线泵，其特征在于，镶片可以采用金属材料，或非金属材料。
4、根据权利要求1所述的园形摆线泵，其特征在于，镶片与前、后泵盖内端面在统一水平线上。
