本实用新型涉及到一种柴油机油气分离器,包括上箱体、下箱体、芯轴和滤片组成,其上箱体与下箱体通过螺栓相联接,一上内套筒与上箱体固接,一下内套筒与下箱体固接,下内套筒上设有一隔套,圆台形滤片设置在上述隔套上,两滤片之间设有隔套,一芯轴穿过下内套筒、隔套、圆台形滤片、上内套筒借助于螺栓相固接,所述箱体内壁设有一滤网。本实用新型提出的油气分离器由于采用了圆台形滤片及滤网,使油气分离效果更好,减少了机车污染、节省了工时及机油的消耗。

Description

一种柴油机油气分离器
本实用新型涉及一种油气分离器，特别是一种柴油机油气分离器。
油气分离器的作用在于把存在于柴油机曲轴箱内的油气加以分离，并不断地把气体引入大气，以保持曲轴箱内的正常压力。曲轴箱内的油气通过呼吸道经油气分离器时，油和气体被分离开，使机油回到曲轴箱内，而气体泄放到大气中去。因此，对油气分离器的要求是：把从经由呼吸道排出的油气中的机油和气体有效地分离，分离出的机油能回到曲轴箱内，分离出的气体能排入大气。
在铁道部大连机车车辆工厂出版的《机车车辆通讯》1989年第二期P21～24上刊登了《16V24OZJB型柴油机油气分离器结构的改进》一文，其中公开了一种柴油机油气分离器，其结构如图1所示，该油气分离器为上下可分式两体结构，滤片采用薄壁A3钢板材料制成，有两组滤片，开孔位置互相错开，滤片为平面圆形，并设有回油管路，能使分离后的机油通过回油管路流到曲轴箱。上述油气分离器虽然采用滤片式过滤，能分离油气混合物，但平面式滤片很容易积存机油，会影响分离效果，且分离的机油在回落时从滤片上所开的孔中落下，这样就会被上升的气体再次带出，不能起到很好的分离效果。另外光滑的筒壁对机油的吸附力小，也容易使部分沿筒壁下落的机油被气体带出，加装了回流管路使得在东风4B型内燃机车上使用时需要对曲轴箱打孔，破坏了机车原状态。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种可使分离出的机油不再被气体带出，顺利的流回曲轴箱，且不需对机车做任何改造的柴油机油气分离器。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：所述柴油机油气分离器由上箱体、下箱体、芯轴和滤片组成，其特征是：上箱体与下箱体通过螺栓相联接，一上内套筒与上箱体固接，一下内套筒与下箱体固接，下内套筒上设有一隔套，圆台形滤片设置在上述隔套上，两滤片之间设有隔套，一芯轴穿过下内套筒、隔套、圆台形滤片、上内套筒借助于螺栓相固接，所述箱体内壁设有一滤网。
本实用新型提出的油气分离器由于采用了圆台形滤片及滤网，使油气分离效果更好，分离出的油能顺利流回曲轴箱，避免了机油被吹出车顶，大大降低了机车被污染的程度，减轻了工人擦车的劳动强度，节省了工时，同时节省了机油的消耗，减少了补充机油的费用，且对环境保护方面也起到了一定的作用，有明显的社会效益和经济效益。
本实用新型的具体结构由以下的最佳实施例及其附图给出。

图2是根据本实用新型提出的柴油机油气分离器的剖视示意图；
图3是根据本实用新型提出的柴油机油气分离器的圆台形滤片6的主视图；   图4是图3中沿A-A线的剖视示意图；
图5是根据本实用新型提出的柴油机油气分离器的圆台形滤片7的主视图。
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体结构做进一步的描述。
如图2至图5所示，所述柴油机油气分离器由上箱体2、下箱体8、芯轴4和滤片组成，其特征是：上箱体2与下箱体8通过螺栓1相联接，一上内套筒3与上箱体2固接，一下内套筒10与下箱体8固接，下内套筒10上设有一隔套5，圆台形滤片设置在上述隔套5上，两滤片之间亦设有隔套5，一芯轴4穿过下内套筒10、隔套5、圆台形滤片、上内套筒3借助于螺栓11相固接，所述箱体内壁设有一滤网9。
所述滤片为圆台形，其上表面设有导油槽12，所述滤片上均匀分布有数个通孔13，相邻滤片的通孔交替错开设置，如滤片6、7，以避免分离后的机油被上升的气体带出。
油气混合物从与下箱体固接的下内套筒10进入上升，从下内套筒10上设置的孔中流出，首先通过滤片7过滤，再通过滤片6过滤，分离后的油通过滤片上的导油槽12流向滤网9，经过滤网9向下流回曲轴箱，分离后的气体通过滤片上的通孔13继续上升，从上内套筒3上的开孔中排出。
本实用新型提出的柴油机油气分离器可根据滤片数量的多少调整隔套的数量，以达到最佳组合，所述滤片的数量由不同机车的阻力系数决定。

Claims (2)

1.一种柴油机油气分离器，包括上箱体、下箱体、芯轴和滤片组成，其特征是：上箱体与下箱体通过螺栓相联接，一上内套筒与上箱体固接，一下内套筒与下箱体固接，下内套筒上设有一隔套，圆台形滤片设置在上述隔套上，两滤片之间设有隔套，一芯轴穿过下内套筒、隔套、圆台形滤片、上内套筒借助于螺栓相固接，所述箱体内壁设有一滤网。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柴油机油气分离器，其特征是：所述圆台形滤片的上表面设有导油槽，且所述滤片上均匀分布有数个通孔。
