本实用新型为一种无缝对接的钢轨,消除了普通钢轨对接时产生的缝隙,它是把钢轨两对接端头设计为凸出块和凹槽,并使之配合,另一设计为一窄钢嵌入钢轨两端凹槽中。使钢轨对接处每一处都具有对车轮的支撑,达到无缝对接。

无缝对接钢轨
本实用新型涉及一种改进的钢轨,消除了普通轨对接时所产生的缝隙,使钢轨对接处在列车行驶方向上达到连续连接的无缝状态。
现有铁路钢轨在对接时,因热胀冷缩而留有一定的缝隙,列车车轮运行到此外时产生强烈的冲击,震动和噪音。
本实用新型的目的,是提供一种钢轨端头的新型设计,能消除普通钢轨对接所产生的缝隙。
本实用型的目的是这样实现的:一种设计是钢轨一端头处设计成一头为凸出块,与之相对接的另一端头为凹槽,凸出块与凹槽配合在一起,并在端部留有一定间隙。另一种设计是,对接处钢轨两端设计成凹槽,再以一窄钢嵌入,并在端部留有一定间隙。这两种设计使钢轨对接部位的每一处都具有对车轮的支撑,又不影响钢轨的热胀冷缩,从而达到无缝对接。
由于采用上述方案,使钢轨对接处达到了无缝对接,又不影响钢轨的热胀冷缩。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
图1,图2,图3,所示的是一种对接方式,图1是全剖视图,图2是图1的俯视图,图3是图1沿A-A线的全剖视图。图4,图5,图6所示的是另一种对接方式,图4是全剖视图,图5是图4沿B-B线的剖示图,图6是图4沿C-C线的剖视图。
在图2中,钢轨(1)一端头为凹槽,另一钢轨(2)一端头为凸出块,此两端可配合在一起,(3),(4)为两端接头处所留有的间隙,可应付热胀冷缩。
在图5中,钢轨对接处的两端头都开有凹槽,并以一窄钢(3)嵌入,以螺钉(5)固定,也可用焊住一端的方式连接,此设计也可用于对旧铁路的改造。在窄钢两端与钢轨凹槽间留有一定间隙(1),钢轨两端头留有间隙(2)。

Claims (1)

1.一个由一端头为凸出块钢轨(2)和一端头为凹槽钢轨(1),并且由窄钢(3)和两端头为凹槽的钢轨组成的对接头,其特征是钢轨(2)凸出块可进入钢轨(1)凹槽以达到配合,窄钢(3)可嵌入两端为凹槽的钢轨以达到配合。
