Description

本实用新型涉及一种铁路钢轨,属于铁路建筑技术领域。
现有铁路铁轨的端面均为直端面,由于温度变化出现热胀冷缩,所以铁轨的连接处留有轨缝,当火车车轮经过缝隙时,车轮处于瞬间无支撑状态,使得车轮轨端产生强大的冲击力,造成铁路轨端的碰损,同时会发出噪声并使车身颠簸和摇摆。为此,CN90212372.6以及CN90209877.2提出了解决方案,两种方案仅仅是将钢轨由直端面改为斜端面,当火车车轮经过缝隙时,车轮仍处于瞬间无支撑状态。因此,现有铁轨的缺点未能得到有效克服。
本实用新型就是要消除车轮高速通过铁轨轨缝时车轮对轨端的碰撞,从而达到提高现有铁路承载、速度和延长修复期的目的。

本实用新型极大地消除了车轮高速通过铁轨轨缝时对轨端的碰撞,使用这种铁轨可提高现有列车的承载能力和运行速度,以及列车的安全性和舒适性,延长了铁轨和列车的使用寿命。
