一体化保温型材
本实用新型属于一种绝热用的保温型材。
目前用于管道的保冷、保热结构，从里到外，一般由防锈层、绝热层、防潮层、保护层、防腐蚀及识别层五层构成，对于不属于敷设在地下的保热介质，可以不设防潮层，绝热施工为分层分步进行，施工速度缓慢，施工质量难以保证。
本实用新型的目的，在于提供一种一体化的具层状结构的保温型材，以改变现有的分层施工的绝热施工方式。
本实用新型由保护外层和保温内层构成，保护外层和保温内层紧密接触，保护外层接口处设有扣合扣件。
本实用新型设计新颖，结构合理，用一体化保温型材，能有效地直接使用在保温介质上，无需进行绝热层、防潮层、保护层、防腐层及识别层等分层施工，一次施工，即能实现对介质的保温。

如图1所示，本实用新型由保护外层(1)和保温内层(2)构成，保护外层(1)和保温内层(2)紧密接触，保护外层(1)的接口处设有扣合扣件(3，4)。
如图2所示，是本实用新型应用在介质为保温输送圆管上的具体实施方式。在输送圆管外壁上，将呈半圆状的一体化保温型材对称扣合在一起，接口处用扣合扣件扣合，扣件可采用通用的扣合方式扣合，例如图3所示的扣合方式，为凸头(3)与凹槽(4)的对扣方式扣合。
一体化保温型材的保温内层(2)根据被保温材质温度及材料价格，选择不同耐温及导热性能的保温材料，例如可采用聚苯乙烯泡沫、岩棉、玻璃纤维棉等制成，保护外层(1)可采用成型材料，如采用塑料制成，可通过粘接剂将保温内层(2)粘结在保护外层(1)上，即可制成所需的一体化保温型材，保护外层(1)可以加入颜料做成识别层。为了达到更好的密封防潮效果，可在接口处扣合的地方涂上密封胶(如玻璃胶)。此外，保护外层(1)也可用经防腐和识别处理的金属薄板制成。
本实用新型可制成各种规格和形状的型材，以满足不同介质的需要。
