Abstract

一种补偿式活塞,由活塞体及装在环槽内的气、油环组成,在任意一断面呈阶梯形的环槽内装入相互贴合的一道补偿环和一道气环,补偿环与气环的外径相同,内径不同。这种改进后的活塞密封性能提高了,气缸与环之间的漏光度降低,不但省油而且提高内燃机功率,适合在任何气、柴油机上使用。

补偿式活塞
本实用新型涉及一种内燃机活塞。
内燃机活塞由活塞体及要装在环槽内的气环、油环组成,活塞环漏气往往造成功率下降,油耗增力。
本实用新型的目的是对现有活塞结构进行改进,提高活塞气环的密封性能。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
活塞由活塞体及安装在环槽内的气环,油环组成,活塞上任意一道气环的环槽断面呈阶梯形,环口相互错开的补偿环与气环贴合安装在阶梯形环槽内,补偿环与气环外径相同,内径不同。
本实用新型的优点是:由于环口相互错开的补偿环与气环开口间隙互相掩盖及补偿环与气环内径不同而相互掩盖了背隙通道,使环与气缸之间漏光度降低,环的密封性能增强。

图1为本实用新型局部剖视图。
在图中活塞体(5)上有三道气环(1)和一道油环(4)任意一道气环的环槽截面呈阶梯形(2),在阶梯形环槽内一道补偿环(3)与气环贴合装在一起,补偿环与气环外径相同,内径不同,在此图中,补偿环的内径比气环小,而且环口应相互错开。
以4125型柴油机为例,可不改变活塞的其它结构,仅将活塞上的任意一道气环的环槽刮一刀,与气环贴合装入该机型组合油环中的刮片环即可使用。

1、补偿式活塞,活塞由活塞体及安装在环槽内的气环、油环组成,其特征是:活塞(5)上任意一道气环的环槽断面呈阶梯形(2),环口互相错开的补偿环(3)与气环贴合安装在阶梯形环槽内,补偿环与气环外径相同,内径不同。
