Abstract

双向摆动自动点焊钳组,属于自动多位电阻点焊机焊钳,可用于钢丝网架聚苯乙烯夹芯板建筑材料生产线上。它的特点是采用双向摆动电极夹持臂,使其末端方形电极块左、右摆动,两侧都可以施焊。采用本发明,能够达到如下结果:在生产线上的一个步进内,每侧电焊网边,只设一个双向摆动自动点焊钳组,就可以完成一个纬距上所有结点的焊接工作。所用设备少,投资省,又可以成倍地提高装置的生产能力。

Description

双向摆动自动点焊钳组
本实用新型属于钢丝网架夹芯板建筑板材生产设备,它涉及钢丝网架夹芯板生产中使用的自动多位电阻点焊机焊钳。
目前,以钢丝网架聚苯乙烯夹芯板生产为例,斜插钢丝与两片电焊网焊成三维空间网架,聚苯乙烯泡沫板嵌在钢丝网架中成形。在生产线上,依据PLC或DCS等已编定程序,开闭电磁阀,压缩空气驱动汽缸,物料自动步进、自动插丝、截断、自动焊接。焊接用主要设备构成如图1所示,其中件号:1—电极块、2—轴、3—焊钳、4—气缸、5—连接杆、6—焊钳架、7—主气缸、8—变压器、9—导向轴、10—机架。电焊网是用钢丝做为经丝、纬丝焊成的平面方格网。方格尺寸50mm×50mm。网格尺寸小,焊钳排列困难,只好在每侧电焊网片对应处各设二台自动多位电阻点焊机组,一组施焊1、3、5……奇序数各点,另一组施焊2、4、6……偶序数各点。
本实用新型的目的在于在每侧电焊网片对应处只设一台双向摆动自动点焊钳组,在一个步进内就可以完成一个纬距上所有各点的焊接工序。
本实用新型双向摆自动点焊钳组,是以汽缸活塞带动增力楔,增力楔分上下两组,交替推动双向摆动电极夹持臂,使电极块夹住斜插钢丝和电焊网片上的经丝,实施焊接操作。
采用这种设计,在生产线的每侧电焊网片边只需要一台双向摆动自动点焊钳组就能满足工作需要。所用设备少,投资省,可以成倍地提高生产力。
本实用新型做成双向摆动自动点焊钳组,结构如图2所示,其中件号11—方形电极块、12—摆轴、13—双向摆动电极夹持臂、14—增力楔。方形电极块(11)镶嵌在双向电极夹持臂(13)的末端。
按图2所示,在气缸活塞作用下,上下两组增力楔(14)交替推动双向摆动电极夹持臂(13),以摆轴为中心,使方形电极块(11)左右摆动,夹住斜插钢丝和电焊网片上的经丝,通过电流,实施焊接作业。增力楔(14)及其驱动气缸一字排开。两组增力楔甲组上,乙组下;乙组上,甲组下,两组交替作业。
这种双向摆动点焊钳组,电极夹持臂(13)的双向摆动,可以用增力楔(14)来完成,也可以用传动杆等其他驱动方式来完成。

Claims (2)

1.本双向摆动自动点焊钳组由驱动装置、连接杆、增力楔、摆轴、电极夹持臂和电极块组成,其特征在于采用双向摆动电极夹持臂,以摆轴为中心,使方形电极块左右摆动,两侧施焊。
2.按照权利要求1所述的双向摆动自动点焊钳组,其特征在于采用甲乙两组交替推动的增力楔,甲上乙下、甲下乙上地进行焊接。
