本实用新型公开了一种用于机动车的双槽变截面钢板弹簧,它是在变截面钢板弹簧每片钢板下方支点两侧变截面上加工出两条凹槽,并且所加工凹槽截面随钢板截面变化而变化,由于钢板上设有凹槽,可减轻钢板弹簧重量,同时减少片间摩擦,使动钢度降低,减震效果好,凹槽截面随钢板截面变化而变化,使应力分布均匀,可提高钢板弹簧许用应力及疲劳寿命。

双槽变截面钢板弹簧
本实用新型涉及一种用于机动车的双槽变截面钢板弹簧,属于机械类。
现有机动车变截面钢板弹簧采用实体无凹槽结构,不仅重量大,因接触面积大,片间摩擦力亦大,影响钢板弹簧性能。
本实用新型针对上述不足,提供一种可减轻钢板弹簧重量、减少片间摩擦、提高钢板弹簧性能的双槽变截面钢板弹簧。
本实用新型的任务是按如下方式完成的:在变截面钢板弹簧每片钢板下方支点两侧变截面上加工出两条凹槽,并且所加工凹槽截面随钢板截面变化而变化。
本实用新型由于钢板上设有凹槽,可减轻钢板弹簧重量,同时减少片间摩擦,使动钢度降低,减震效果好,凹槽截面随钢板截面变化而变化,使应力分布均匀,可提高钢板弹簧许用应力及疲劳寿命。
