Abstract

抛光板
本实用新型涉及一种抛光板，特别是涉及一种用于养护指甲，由基板、双面胶带和打磨片组成的抛光板。
通常指甲修剪后，要用锉刀板将指甲边缘修磨，用指甲油涂抹指甲表面，是为突出指甲的美观。但是锉刀板只能用于修磨指甲的边缘，难于修磨指甲的表面，指甲油日久也易斑落，有失美观，若洗掉指甲表面的指甲油，还需使用溶剂，不仅费时费力，也增加了用者的负担。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种抛光板，用于指甲表面抛光和指甲边缘的修磨，使指甲表面获得光洁亮丽、柔细滑腻宛如镜面。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：所述抛光板为层状结构，由基板、双面胶带和打磨片组成。双面胶带一面粘附基板，另一面粘附打磨片，构成整体，由柔性皮革材料制作的所述基板呈椭圆形，且为配合指甲表面的抛光可弯成有弧度的曲面，所述打磨片通过双面胶带粘附在基板上，打磨片以聚乙烯塑胶薄片为基片，形状同基板，基片上面部涂覆碳化矽和氧化铝作为涂层，而碳化矽和氧化铝为微细磨粒，按美国筛孔等级(U.S.Mesh Grade)介于4000级至10000级之间。
由于本实用新型的抛光板涂覆有微细磨粒，与指甲表面研磨后可达到使指甲表面光洁亮丽、柔细滑腻宛如镜面的目的。

如图1所示，本实用新型的抛光板由基板1、双面胶带2和打磨片3组成，双面胶带2的两面涂有胶粘物，一面粘附基板1，一面粘附打磨片3，构成一整体。如图2至图6所示，由柔性皮革材料制作的基板1呈椭圆形，在配合指甲表面的抛光时可弯成有弧度的曲面101，与双面胶带2的一个面粘附，打磨片3的底301与双面胶带2的另一个面粘附，打磨片3以聚乙烯(Polyethylene称PE)塑胶薄片(Film)为基片，形状同基板1，基片上面部302胶合涂覆(Coating)碳化矽(SiC)和氧化铝(Al2O3)的细微磨粒303作为涂层，细微磨粒303按美国筛孔等级(U.S.Mesh Grade)介于4000级至10000级之间。
本实用新型的抛光板除用于指甲的抛光外还可用于角质物表面的抛光，凡是以上述层状结构构成的抛光板，理应符合本实用新型的抛光板的创作范围。

1.一种抛光板，由基板、双面胶带和打磨片组成，双面胶带一面粘附基板，另一面粘附打磨片，构成一整体，其特征在于：由柔性皮革材料制作的所述基板呈椭圆形，配合指甲表面的抛光时可弯成有弧度的曲面，所述打磨片以聚乙烯塑胶薄片为基片、形状同基板，基片上部面涂覆碳化矽和氧化铝作为涂层。
