本实用新型涉及一种机器减速箱、齿轮箱、汽车、摩托车、拖拉机等运动部件润滑箱上使用的磁吸除屑器。
在许多机器、机床的变速箱内、汽车、拖拉机、摩托车内的换变速机构都装有齿轮或运动部件，这些部件有的很精密，需要装在密封箱内还要加入干净的润滑油，但由于装配和使用的原因，有时会有铁屑掉入或某些部件磨损，在变速箱内会形成一些铁屑，而这些铁屑如不去除，则会影响机械零件的寿命，目前人们只有通过清洗和更换润滑油来去除铁屑，但有些铁屑在清洗时不一是能去除。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能较好去除机器变速箱或密运动机构中铁屑装置。
本实用新型是这样实现的，在机械变速箱或运动部件密封箱内插入一根永久磁棒，或利用现有的油尺尺端和在放油螺塞的端头连接一块永久磁铁块，又可制成磁性螺丝钉，这种磁棒或磁铁块的形状为长方条形，圆棒型，三角条形或其它几何形状，使用时只要将其插入变速箱边角上或插入变速箱底部，使铁屑被磁铁吸引到表面，即起到有效保护机器的作用。
本实用新型的优点是能吸附齿轮箱运动部件封箱内的铁屑吸附到磁棒上，保护了齿轮和运动部件的使用寿命和润滑油的寿命。

图中看到，磁吸机械涂屑器由：端盖1、螺纹2、铁轩或塑料杆4和永久磁块3构成，永久磁块3可以镶在铁杆4上，也可以包在塑料棒4内。
