Abstract

一种铝合金精炼微孔吹头,其特征是:石墨的吹头体内部设有气腔,吹头体上有与气腔相连通的微孔,吹头体外端设有上端口,在气腔和上端口之间联接密封孔。本实用新型的优点是:结构简单,易于操作,在铝液中产生大量细小气泡,上浮时将铝液中的气体和夹杂物去除,不会在铝液中形成旋涡,同时,在采用通入氩气或氮气进行精炼时不产生氯盐精炼时的有害气体。

一种铝合金精炼微孔吹头
一种铝合金精炼用的微孔吹头,属于铝合金精炼装置。
目前,工业上铝合金精炼普遍采用两种方法,其一是吹氩气或氮气的旋转吹头式;其二是压入氯盐的钟罩式。旋转吹头式设备复杂,不易操作;压入钟罩式由于加了氯化物,易产生有毒气体,污染环境,对操作者身体有害。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种简单、易于操作的非旋转式微孔吹头,避免精炼过程中有害气体的产生。该微孔吹头采用氩气或氮气做为精炼气体,起到精炼作用。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:石墨的吹头体内,设有气腔,吹头体上有与气腔相连通的微孔,吹头体外端设有上端口,在气腔和上端口之间联接密封孔。
本实用新型的优点是:结构简单,易于操作,在铝液中产生大量细小气泡,上浮时将铝液中的气体和夹杂物去除,不会在铝液中形成旋涡,同时,在采用通入氩气或氮气进行精炼时,不产生氯盐精炼时的有害气体。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
图1是本实用新型结构示意图。
图1中的序号是:1上端口、2密封孔、3吹头体、4气腔、5微孔。
见图1,实施例具体结构如下:圆柱形吹头体3的材料采用石墨制作,其内部设有圆台状的气腔4,吹头体3上有与气腔4相连通的微孔5,吹头体外端设有上端口1,在气腔4和上端口1之间联接密封孔2。工作过程是:从上端口1导入氩气,经过密封孔2,到气腔4中,然后经过吹头体的微孔吹入铝液,在铝液中产生大量细小气泡,气泡上浮时,将铝液中的气体和夹杂物除掉,完成铝液的精炼。

1、一种铝合金精炼微孔吹头,其特征是:石墨的吹头体内部设有气腔,吹头体上有与气腔相连通的微孔,吹头体外端设有上端口,在气腔和上端口之间联接密封孔。

3、根据权利要求1所述的微孔吹头,其特征是:吹头体为圆柱状。
