一种镶嵌弥散强化块的电阻焊电极头,其特征在于:在电极头的上端部镶入一镶嵌块,电极头基材为纯铜,镶嵌块为氧化物弥散强化铜材料。本实用新型导电率高,成本低,且使用寿命长。

Description

镶嵌弥散强化块的电阻焊电极头
本实用新型涉及焊接技术,特别提供了一种镶嵌弥散强化块的电阻焊电极头。
电阻焊电极头是一种高消耗的导电材料,它大量应用于各种薄钢板的焊接生产中,尤其集中应用于汽车装焊的流水作业线上,电阻焊电极头一般上端为半球状,下端接口处为裙边状的薄壁,其剖示图如附图1,采用铜与Cr,Zr等金属的合金来制造。这种材料导电率为纯铜的45%,由于导电率较低,可使焊接电流不足,而影响焊接质量,另外它的退火温度为450℃左右,在焊接产生的高温下容易软化,至使电极消耗过快,增加了焊接成本。近期又发展了用氧化物弥散强化铜材料制造电阻焊电极头的技术,这种材料其导电率为纯铜的80%,因此可得到足够的焊接强度,其退火温度为800℃,能保证在高温下有高的硬度,所以焊头寿命大大提高,但是由于这种材料比较脆,因此在焊头的下端接口薄壁处在焊接压力作用下有开裂的现象。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种导电率高,软化温度高并且接口薄壁部位不开裂的电阻焊电极头。
本实用新型提供了一种镶嵌弥散强化块的电阻焊电极头,其特征在于:在电极头(1)的上端部镶入一镶嵌块(2),电极头(1)基材为纯铜,镶嵌块(2)为氧化物弥散强化铜材料。镶嵌块(2)可以通过冶金办法也可以通过机械的办法嵌入基材中。本实用新型导电性好,因而焊接质量高,寿命为铬铁铜电极头的1.6倍,比整体的弥散强化铜电极头价格降低30%,由于以韧性好的钝铜为基体,与水冷联接的薄壁部分不再有开裂现象,下面结合附图详述本实用新型

实施例
如图2所示,电极头为圆状,镶嵌块(2)为圆柱状,电极头(1)与镶嵌块(2)的直径比为8∶4~5,镶入深度为有效使用部分的70~80%。

1.一种镶嵌弥散强化块的电阻焊电极头,其特征在于:在电极头(1)的上端部镶入一镶嵌块(2),电极头(1)基材为纯铜,镶嵌块(2)为氧化物弥散强化铜材料。
2.按权利要求1所述镶嵌弥散强化块的电阻焊电极头,其特征在于:镶嵌块(2)为圆柱状,电极头与镶嵌块的直径比为8∶4~5,镶入深度为有效使用部分的70~80%。
