本实用新型公开了一种非传统结构的高性能自行车。它具有:一件由前臂、中轴变速箱壳体、后框架组成一体的车架;一件板弹簧式车把;一件弯曲的板弹簧式鞍座接片,它们分别替代现有自行车的车架、车把和鞍座接头。这种非传统结构的自行车具有车体重量轻,变速装置可靠耐用,骑行舒适、造型美观、制造成本低等优点,经济效益显著。

一种非传统结构的高性能自行车
本实用新型涉及一种轻便式两轮车辆。特别涉及一种自行车的结构。
现有的自行车、经过二百多年来的改进,推陈出新,已近完美。目前,自行车行业仍然不断探索开发更轻便、快捷、舒适的车型,使自行车品种日新月异。但是这类改进,一般遵循原有车架结构理论进行,以两个三角架将前管、中轴管、后轮轴和鞍座接头四点刚性连接,虽然由二个三角形组成的菱形车架有很好的纵向强度,但菱形平面大,支撑杆多,再进一步减重已相当困难。同时,菱形架厚度受管经限制,一般不超3公分,因横向强度差而制约进一步减轻车架重量。现有自行车采用的多级链轮外变速器等也受现有车架制约,均存在显眼的不足。还有:现有自行车车把没有减震功能,长途骑行,特别崎岖路面易引起手臂麻木;现有自行车衣架采用组装式,材料也得不到充分利用。自行车进一步的改革,已朝向采用铬钼钢,钛合金和碳纤维等材料和不等壁管等技术,但代价太为高昂,舒适性和变速器性能也没有提高。现在还有一种介于自行车与摩托车之间的助动车,它是通过对轮胎的摩擦来实现动力传动的,使用上有较多局限。
本实用新型的发明目的在于提供一种非传统结构的自行车,它能使车架更轻、更美并能使变速装置更可靠耐用;它能实现车把及鞍座既具有缓冲减震功能又减轻重量;从而使这种非传统结构的自行车能在车体重量、骑行舒适性、变速可靠性及外观造型、降低制造成本等方面的指标有较大的提高。
本实用新型的目的是这样达到的:将原自行车的中轴管改为一个变速箱,变速箱前面连接一件不等管径前臂管,后面连接一个三角形框架组成车架,前臂管连接前管。三角形框架连接后轮轴及鞍座接头。将原自行车的管式鞍座接头改为板弹簧式鞍座接片。鞍座接片应用现有一片弹簧片或两条并列弹簧钢条弯曲制成,安装成上、下、前、后具弹性,左、右呈刚性。将原自行车的管式刚性车把改进为板弹簧式车把,改进的车把应用现有的一片弹簧片或两条并列弹簧钢条构成,它连接把立管及两端车把把套,安装成上、下具弹性,转向具有刚性。安装自行车的其他标准件,即构成一种非传统结构的高性能自行车。这种自行车,车架重量轻,外形美观,容易配套动力。从而实现了本实用新型的目的。
本实用新型的自行车,改进的车架,增加中轴变速箱,护、外观工整、效率高,变速可靠。由前管、中轴变速箱、后框架组成的车架既保证强度,增大衣架承载,又使整体重量减轻,造型美观。改进的板弹簧式鞍座接片除使鞍座达到要求高度外,又增加减震功能,减轻重量。改进的板弹簧式车把既保证转向准确可靠,又减轻自重和增加减震功能,特别简单轻便。从而使本实用新型的自行车的多项指标达到新的水平,富有竞争力。同时,除车架、鞍座接头,车把外,基本采用现有标准件,工艺简单,成本低。它还能配套动力成为一种超轻型动力车,为自行车品种多样化提供新的选择。世界上产自行车超6000万辆,经济效益显著。
以下将将结合附图对本实用新型的一种非传统结构的高性能自行车作进一步的详细描述。

参照图1。前管(4)、前臂管(6)焊接组成前臂;中轴(11)、输出轴(9)、输出链轮(14)、变速箱壳(10)等组成中轴变速件;立管(16)、平叉(19)、立叉(17)焊接组成后三角形框架。或者将衣架(23)、衣架腿(24)与后三角形框架焊接成为后菱形框架。后三角形框架或者后菱形框架统称为后框架。前臂管(6)及后框架的立管(16)、平叉(19)与变速箱壳(10)焊接成一体,即成为一种非传统结构的高性能自行车的车架。当前臂管(6)采用由前管(4)向变速箱壳(10)逐渐增大管径的圆雉管结构,可改善受力状况。它还可以采用工字形、丁字形等截面结构。后三角形(或后菱形)框架可参照现有自行车的参数。后框架前上端连接鞍座接片(15)。板(片)弹簧式鞍座接片(15)的作用是代替现有的管式鞍座接头,定位鞍座(22)。鞍座接片(15)一般由一片弹簧板弯曲而成,也可以由两条并列弹簧钢条弯曲而成。减震车把(1)由一件适当形状的弹簧板(片)接上二个把套构成。弹簧板(片)中部与把接头(2)固接、把接头(2)、把立管(3)、前叉(5)按现有周知方式连接。减震车把(1)的弹簧板(片)的对称平面垂直(或接近垂直)于把立管(3),故车把(1)转向具较大刚性,上下向具弹性。图1所示前轮(8)、后轮(25)以轮径550mm设计。整车传动变速系统为:脚蹬部件(12)带动中轴(11);中轴(11)通过变速齿轮(图中未画出)带动输出轴(9)经输出轴链轮(14)、链条(18)带动飞轮(21)。全链罩(13)封闭链传动部件。前叉(5)、前轴(7)、后轴(20)、前轮(8)、后轮(25)、脚蹬部件(12)、链条(18)、飞轮(21)等部件均采用现有标准件,从而组装出一架非传统结构的高性能自行车。
参照图2。前管(4)及一根雉形管结构的前臂管(6)组成前臂。前管(4)与现有标准件结构相同。变速箱壳(10)两侧有中轴轴承座孔(11)和输出轴轴承座孔(9)。变速箱壳(10)正上方开出安装检修口,由变速箱盖(26)密封。立管(16)、立叉(17)、平叉(19)焊接后成三角形框架,其中立管(16)可为单管、双管、槽形材、工字材等构成。衣架(23)、衣架腿(24)可与后三角形框架焊接成为整体衣架,三角形框架与整体衣架焊接后外观为菱形框架。框架前上部焊有接片座(27),用以固定鞍座接片(15)。鞍座接片(15)由适当规格弹簧板弯曲而成,也可由两根弹簧钢条并列固接后弯曲而成。鞍座接片(15)上部有前、后调节孔,下部有高低调节孔,可分别用螺栓与接片座(27)及鞍座(图中未画出)固接。前臂管(6)的大端(后端)及立管(16),平叉(19)的交接部位分别与变速箱壳(10)的前、后两端焊接。
参照图3。弹簧板(28)和车把把套(29)相互固接,即成为一种减震车把。弹簧板(28)的板面的对称平面(30)垂直或接近垂直于把立管(4),它可直接安装在把立管上,也可安装在把立管接头上。弹簧板(28)的作用是起到板弹簧的功能,任何能起到板弹簧功能的材料和结构都可适用。
参照图4 。弹簧板(28)最好采用不等宽度,即中部宽度大,两端宽度小,它的造形可以多种多样,还可以在板面冲在适当形状的凹凸槽(31),以调整刚度和弹性。

Claims (2)

1、一种非传统结构的高性能自行车,其特征在于:它有一个带中轴变速箱壳体的车架,中轴变速箱壳体的输入轴孔座位于现有自行车的中接头位置,输出轴孔座位于现有自行车的中接头与飞轮之间;它有一件由板弹簧及两个车把把套组成的板弹簧式车把,板弹簧式车把的中部连接在现有自行车的把立管上;它有一件由弯曲的板弹簧构成的板弹簧式鞍座接片,板弹簧式鞍座接片下部连接“带中轴变速箱壳体的车架”的接片座,上部连接现有自行车鞍座。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种非传统结构的高性能自行车,其特征在于:一个带中轴变速箱壳体的车架位于现有自行车的车架位置;一个板弹簧式车把位于现有自行车的车把位置;一个板弹簧式鞍座接片位于现有自行车的鞍管位置。
