Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种建筑物中剪力梁,它由上下纵筋、拉筋连接板组成,在上下纵筋上采用拉筋交叉扣结,各交叉点采用焊接的方式固定以形成“X”形的平面框架结构,再根据所需厚度尺寸用横向直筋将平面框架焊接成整体的剪力梁,并在剪力梁的两端焊接有连接板,采用螺杆通过连接板将剪力梁与剪力筒焊接,该剪力梁制做工艺简单,其刚度、抗剪切应力性能提高2倍以上,同时降低成本,可节省钢材10%。

剪力梁
本实用新型涉及一种建筑物中的剪力梁
目前国内外广泛采用的钢筋混凝土梁的金属骨架技术,皆为纵筋在梁的上下平行排列,通过箍筋将上下纵筋环抱成一体。这种梁主要是钢度差,抗剪切应力性能及延性较低,在梁与柱连接时钢筋相互穿插用混凝土浇灌连接,使梁与柱的节点处混凝土受力复杂,地震时易破坏。本实用新型依据钢筋混凝土结构高层建筑物中金属骨架的不足之处,设计了一种剪力梁。
本实用新型目的在于,设计的剪力梁它克服了现行金属骨架的不足之处,采用在上下纵筋、拉筋交叉结构,形成“K”形平面框架结构,同时在各交叉扣结处用横向直筋焊接加以固定,在剪力梁的两端焊接有与剪力筒连接的连接板,采用螺杆将剪力梁与CN93248253.8剪力筒通过连接板固定。

本实用新型所述的剪力梁,是由上下纵筋,拉筋连接板组成,其主要是在上下纵筋(2)上采用拉筋(4)交叉扣结构,形成“K”形平面框架结构,并在各交叉点处采用焊接的方式加以固定;在上下纵筋(2)与拉筋(4)的交点处采用横向直筋(1)焊接加以固定,并在上下纵筋(2)的外围以螺旋的方式缠绕箍筋(5);在上下纵筋的两端焊接有连接板(3),连接板(3)上开有孔(6),采用螺杆的方式将剪力梁与剪力筒连接固定。
实施例
本实用新型所述的剪力梁,在制做中首先将剪力梁分片制做,将上下纵筋用拉筋交叉扣结,形成“X”形平面框架结构,并在各交叉点处采用焊接的方式加以固定,然后在根据梁实际需要,将各平面框架用横向直筋焊接成整体的剪力梁,再用箍筋以螺旋的方式缠绕在焊接成整体剪力梁外围,剪力梁的两端焊接有带孔的连接板,采用螺杆通过连接板将剪力梁与剪力筒连接固定形成建筑物中的剪力梁与剪力筒的框架,再用混凝土浇灌即可。该剪力梁制做工艺简单,其钢度、抗剪切应力性能提高2倍以上,同时降低成本,可节省钢材10%。

1、一种用于建筑物的剪力梁,它是由上下纵筋、拉筋、连接板组成,其特征在于在上下纵筋(2)上采用拉筋(4)交叉扣结,形成“K”形平面框架结构,并在各交叉点处采用焊接的方式加以固定;在上下纵筋(2)与拉筋(4)的交点处,采用横向直筋(1)焊接加以固定,并在上下纵筋(2)的外围以螺旋的方式缠绕箍筋( 5);在上下纵筋的两端焊接有连接板(3),连接板(3)上开有孔(6),采用螺杆的方式将剪力梁与剪力筒连接固定。
