本实用新型属于滑动轴承技术领域
传统的轴承,不论是滚动轴承,还是滑动轴承,因采用重金属材料,都具有比重大,造价高,需加润滑脂的弱点。
专利CN87202362公开了一种复合结构的滑动轴承(图1),轴套内嵌有一层填充聚四氟乙烯轴衬。该轴承缺点是其轴衬仍易磨损,使用一段时间后需要更换。
本实用新型的目的在于提出另一种复合结构设计的滑动轴承,克服了上述轴承的缺点。
本实用新型的滑动轴承的要点在于,该轴承包括轴套1和轴衬4,轴套由轻金属合金制成,轴衬由高分子填充材料制成,轴套与轴衬嵌接成一体,靠近轴承端面轴套与轴衬相结合处有楔形接口3,轴套端面上有凹槽2,轴衬4的壁厚大于1毫米。
本实用新型的轴承比重轻,造价低,自润滑磨擦系数小,可在-50~+180范围内连续工作。例如用于吊扇,室外连续运转1万小时,转轴和本轴承内衬几乎无磨损(<0.01毫米)。

图4是图3的侧视图。图中,1是轴套,2是轴套凹槽,3是楔型接口,4是轴衬。
参看附图,先制出金属轴套1,上边开有凹槽2和楔口,然后,放入模具,将高分子树脂熔融注入模具空隙,冷却后脱模即成。凹槽2使轴承重量减轻,节省材料;接口3使轴套和轴衬结合更加牢固。

1.一种高分子—金属复合结构的滑动轴承,包括轴套1和轴衬4,其特征在于轴套是由轻金属合金,轴衬是由高分子填充材料制成,轴套与轴衬嵌结成一体,靠近轴承端面,轴套与轴衬相结合处有楔形接口3。
2.根据权力要求1所述的轴承,其特征在于轴套1两端面处有凹槽2。
3.根据权力要求2所述的轴承,其特征在于轴衬4的壁厚大于1毫米。
