具有下凹炉盘的远红外燃气炉具，它由炉盘1、壳体2组成。整个炉盘为下凹形状，壳体的内腔也呈下凹形状4，炉盘镶在壳体的上部。本实用新型具有不向外散失热量，能充分有效利用能源的优点。而且用尖底炒勺或尖底锅炊事时，锅底温度均匀，便于煎烙食物。
Description
具有下凹炉盘的远红外燃气炉具属于炉具的改进。
现有远红外燃气炉具的炉盘一般都是平的，在使用尖底炒勺或尖底锅时往往会使锅底的温度不均，中间高，四周低致使锅底中部的食物已烧烤焦了，而同围还未达到熟的程度。尤其是平面炉盘的四周易向炊具外散热，浪费能源。
本实用新型的目的是研制一种整个炉盘为下凹形状，使得能源不浪费，炊具底部温度均匀的远红外燃气炉具。
本实用新型由炉盘、壳体组成，炉盘由陶瓷板制作，整个炉盘为下凹形状。壳体内腔也呈下凹形状，炉盘镶在壳体的上部。
本实用新型具有不向外散失热量，能充分有效利用能源的优点。而且用尖底炒勺或尖底锅炊事时，锅底温度均匀，便于煎烙食物。
图1是本实用新型整体结构示意图，图2是图1的A-A剖视图。
实施例：本实施例由炉盘1、壳体2组成，整个炉盘为下凹形状，下凹的角度为160°～120°。壳体的四周带一环座3，壳体的内腔也呈下凹形状4，下凹的角度也为160°～120°，炉盘1镶在壳体2的上部。

1、具有下凹炉盘的远红外燃气炉具，它由炉盘(1)、壳体(2)组成，其特征在于整个炉盘为下凹形状，壳体(2)的内腔也呈下凹形状(4)，炉盘(1)镶在壳体(2)的上部。
2、根据权利要求1所述的具有下凹炉盘的远红外燃气炉具，其特征在于壳体(2)的四周带一环座(3)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的具有下凹炉盘的远红外燃气炉具，其特征在于炉盘(1)和壳体(2)的内腔下凹的角度为160°～120°。
