雪糕和冰淇凌是深受广大顾客欢迎的畅销食品,一般的雪糕都是由牛奶等乳脂加淀粉熬制的填料冷冻而成,其中含牛奶等乳脂量高的优质雪糕或冰淇凌,吃起来虽然松软甘甜,但吃后令人口内粘腻,且越吃越渴;而含乳脂过低的、如水果冰棒,吃起来虽然清凉解渴,但却不松软,缺少可口的味道。尽管近年市场上的冷饮食品花样繁多,却都没有解决上述的矛盾。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型结构的雪糕、冰淇凌,它既具有高乳脂牛奶雪糕、冰淇凌松软可口的优点,又具有普通水果冰棒的清凉解渴的效果。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:它包括牛奶等乳脂类填料,包装支撑物,其特征是在牛奶等乳脂类填料中散布有冰晶豆颗粒。
上述冰晶豆颗粒为圆球、圆柱或多面体形状,颜色各异,味道不同。
本实用新型的优点是:由于在牛奶等乳脂类填料中散布有冰晶豆颗粒,而且冰晶豆味道多样,使其既保持了乳脂类雪糕、冰淇凌的松软可口,又具有水果冰棒的清凉解渴的优点。食用时,乳类填料易于融化,而留下酸、甜、成或无味的冰晶豆颗粒慢慢融化,使人口中清爽,降温解渴,其中微含盐份的冰粒还可以补充人们出汗损失的盐份,防止发生中暑;而且各色晶莹的冰粒,增加了雪糕、冰淇凌的美感,增强食欲。

根据图1,它包括巧克力外壳1(也可不带外壳)、乳脂类填料2、散布在填料2中的冰晶豆颗粒3,颜色有红、绿、兰等,支撑棒4固定于填料2中。
根据图2,它包括包装盒5,内装有填料6,其中散布有冰晶豆颗粒3。
制造过程是:在配制好的填料浆体中放入制好的冰晶豆颗粒,搅拌均匀,放入冷冻箱内,冷冻成成品。
