Abstract

本实用新型属于铁或钢的冶炼技术领域,公开了一种用于高炉炉顶煤气的放散阀。其主要技术特征是杠杆3通过转轴4延长,配重7直接穿在延长的杠杆3上。配重由大小一样,厚度不等的铁板组成,由于取消了导向滑轮及其操作平台,配重平台,使得压紧机构简单,重量轻,可提高放散阀的可靠性,降低成本。

Description

一种高炉炉顶煤气放散阀
本实用新型属于铁或钢的冶炼技术领域,特别是涉及一种高炉炉顶煤气放散阀。
由于高炉炉内压力有波动,为平衡其压力,需在炉顶设置超压煤气放散阀,但高炉荒煤气含尘量较大,且压力高,对阀门冲刷较严重,放散阀使用寿命较短。现有一种高炉炉顶煤气放散阀,其结构如图1所示。图中1为电动卷扬机,2为钢绳,3为杠杆,4为转轴,5为阀盖,6为阀座,7为配重,8为四连杆机构,9是导向滑轮。高炉炉顶的散阀由电动卷杨机1,钢绳2,杠杆3,转轴4,阀盖5,阀座6,配重7,四连杆机构8和导向滑轮9组成,当电动卷杨机1通过钢绳2驱动杠杆3沿转轴4转动时,带动四连杆机构8转动,随着四联杆机构8的转动,连接在四连杆机构8上的阀盖5在接近阀座6的范围内以近似直线运动方式开启;相反,当电动卷扬机1松动或反向转动时,杠杆3在配重7的重力作用下带动四联杆机构8反向转动,将阀盖5关闭;此外,当高炉炉内压力超过配重7所施加的压力时,阀盖5将自动开启泄压,以达到稳定高炉炉内煤气压力的目的,本放散阀不足之处在于压紧机构较复杂,需专门设置操作平台,导向滑轮平台、配重平台,钢绳、链条导向多,设备笨重,安装困难,且随设备的锈蚀,摩擦力不断增加,放散阀门可靠性降低。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、重量轻、可靠性高的高炉炉顶煤气放散阀。
本实用新型以如下方式来实现:杠杆通过转轴延长,把配重直接穿在延长的杠杆上,保留原四联杆机构,使配重的杠杆比增加,在阀座内气体压力及支点力臂不变的情况下,配重可减轻约30%,同时取消配重平台、导向滑轮和导向滑轮平台。配重由大小一样、厚度不等的铁板组成,可根据需要增加或减轻配重。
本实用新型具有压紧机构简单,重量轻、成本低、可靠性高;容易操作,由于取消两个平台、设备布置方便、节省土建投资的优点。
下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例作进一步详述。

图中件1是电动卷扬机,件2是钢绳,件3是杠杆,件4是转轴,件5是阀盖,件6是阀座,件7是配重,件8是四联杆机构。
高炉炉顶煤气放散阀由电动卷扬机1,钢绳2,杠杆3,转轴4,阀盖5,阀座6,配重7和四联杆机构8组成。将杠杆3通过转轴4延长,把配重7直接穿在延长的杠杆3上。工作时,当电动卷扬机1通过钢绳2驱动杠杆3沿转轴4转动时,带动四联杆机构8转动,随着四联杆机构8的转动,连接在四联杆机构8上的阀盖5在接近阀座6的范围内以近似直线运动方式开启;相反,当电动卷扬机1松动或反向转动时,杠杆3在配重7的重力作用下带动四联杆机构8反向转动,将阀盖5关闭,此外,高炉炉内压力超过配重7所施加的压力时,阀盖5将自动开启泄压,以达到稳定高炉炉内压力的目的。配重7由大小一样,厚度不等的铁板组成。

1.一种由电动卷扬机(1)、钢绳(2)、杠杆(3)、转轴(4)、阀盖(5)、阀座(6)、配重(7)和四联杆机构(8)组成的高炉炉顶煤气放散阀,其特征在于杠杆(3)通过转轴(4)延长,配重(7)直接穿在延长的杠杆(3)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高炉炉顶煤气放散阀,其特征在于配重(7)由大小一样,厚度不等的铁板组成。
