Abstract

Description

本实用新型涉及一种适用于工厂环境的清洁设备－－工业用气力吸尘器。
常用的吸尘器主要结构由高速电机、叶轮、过滤集尘仓等组成，由于吸尘器工作时，电机不能抗潮，过滤集尘仓容积小，吸力有限等，所以不宜用于工厂多尘、多湿以及含有可燃性气体、液体泄漏的环境，目前大多数工厂仍用扫、吹、擦等手段清洁环境，十分落后。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种适用于工业环境使用，安全可靠的新型除尘设备－－工业用气力吸尘器。
本实用新由吸尘头、软管、过滤集尘仓、吸嘴、过滤层网状支架，过滤层组成，所述的吸尘头由本体、吸头、阀门组合焊接而成，吸尘头一端通过软管与吸嘴连接，另一端与过滤集尘仓连接。
因本实用新型省去了电机、叶轮，所以不易损坏，结构简单、吸力强、安全、容量大、免维修等优点，可适用于切、磨削加工的吸尘，冷加工的排削以及其它设备组合可大大改善加工条件和环境，同时可采用多头群集安装于清洁车上，即可为清扫吸尘多功能清洁车。
下面结合附图对本用新型作进一步描述。

实施例：参看图1和图2，工业用气力吸尘器、由吸头（1）、软管（2）、过滤集尘仓（3）、吸嘴（4）、过滤层网状支架（5）、过滤层（6）组成，所述的吸尘头（1）由本体（8）、吸头（9）、阀门（10）组合焊接而成，吸尘头（1）一端通过软管（2）与吸嘴（4）连接，另一端与过滤集尘仓（3）连接。
吸尘头（1）由本体（8）和吸头（9）组成气腔和窄隙，压缩空气（7）通过阀门（10）控制，经窄隙或孔系形成高速气流，沿本体（8）内壁高速喷出，使管内形成高度真空，产生吸力，再经吸嘴（4）软管（2）将含污物的混合空气吸入过滤集尘仓（3）过滤，清洁的气体排入大气，污物由过滤集尘仓（3）吸集。

1、一种利用压缩空气作动力源的工业用气力吸尘器，其特征是由吸尘头(1)、软管(2)、过滤集尘仓(3)、吸嘴(4)、过滤层网状支架(5)、过滤层(6)组成，所述的吸尘头(1)由本体(8)、吸头(9)、阀门(10)组合焊接而成，吸尘头(1)一端通过软管(2)与吸嘴(4)连接，另一端与过滤集尘仓(3)连接。
