Abstract
一种热弯伸缩装置异型钢专用轧辊，在该轧辊上
径向开有凹槽，其中至少一个凹槽的槽底由预弯斜面
和与其垂直的整形斜面构成，该轧辊结构简单，便于
加工，轧制伸缩装置异型钢效率高，成本低。
Description
本实用新型属于轧钢领域，它涉及一种热弯伸缩装置异型钢轧辊。
目前国内外均采用挤压方法生产伸缩装置异型钢，其生产效率低，生产成本高。如在轧机上用热弯型钢工艺生产该异型钢，则可提高生产效率，降低成本。但其关键是要有能够轧制该异型钢的轧辊。
本实用新型的目的即在于提供一种热弯伸缩装置异型钢专用的轧辊。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：在该轧辊上径向开有凹槽，其中至少一个凹槽的底部有与轧辊的轴向倾斜的预弯斜面和整形斜面，并且所述的预弯斜面和整形斜面垂直而形成该槽的槽底。
图1是本实用新型轧辊上下两根构成的孔形示意图，其中：1、上轧辊；2、下轧辊；3、轧辊凹槽底部的预弯斜面；4、整形斜面。
图1示意的是上下轧辊1、2中间的一段且沿轴心水平截取，从中可看出其中的一个凹槽底部由预弯斜面（3）及整形斜面（4）构成，且斜面（3）与（4）垂直。
图2是用本实用新型轧辊轧制的伸缩装置异型钢产品之一的局部简图。
本实用新型轧辊结构简单，便于加工。

- 一种热弯伸缩装置异型钢专用轧辊，其特征在于：在该轧辊上径向开有凹槽，其中至少一个凹槽的底部有与轴向倾斜的预弯斜面和整形斜面，并且所述的预弯斜面和整形斜面垂直而形成该槽的槽底。
