Description

本实用新型涉及一种滑轮,具体说是一种八字形双幅板轧制滑轮。
目前使用的滑轮,其结构一般由轮幅、轮缘和轮壳组成,采用铸造、型材焊接、单片热轧和压制铆接制成。不足之处在于:铸造滑轮的削加工余量大,耗材多;压制的滑轮制作工艺较复杂;单件制作滑轮自重增大,成本高;大尺寸滑轮幅板需加强筋板。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种强度高、刚度好、自重轻、切削余量小、工艺简单的八字形双幅板轧制滑轮。
