不易破裂，提高了设备效率。
Description
一种新型筛托，安装在碾米机或谷物粉碎机内钢筛下部托住钢筛的铸件。
现有的筛托有一个缺点就是无加强筋不利于保护钢筛，以至钢筛的使用寿命很短。为了延长钢筛的使用寿命，提高碾米机、谷物粉碎机的工作效率，试图研制一种更有效地保护钢筛的铸件新型筛托。
说明书附图1至图3分别是新型筛托的主视图、俯视图和A－A剖视图，它是一个铸件，与现有的筛托不同处是在筛托中间设计了一根轴向加强筋①和两根径向加强筋②，两个方向的加强筋都是与筛托铸为一体的，当加强筋的底端厚度在5至10毫米之间，顶端平稳紧密地与钢筛受力最大的部位接触，厚度在1至4毫米之间时效果最佳；从图2可见，本新型筛托在其左右两边可以放置钢筛两片，但钢筛没有在图中体现。
有了新型筛托，钢筛的使用寿命可延长7倍左右，即在加工四至五千斤谷子后才开始破裂。其原因就在于新型筛托内的加强筋顶端平稳紧密地托住了钢筛最受过筛物挤压的部位，帮助钢筛承受了极大的挤压力，从而保护了钢筛不易被挤压而破裂。现有的谷物粉碎机、碾米机内钢筛下部的筛托没有加强筋，钢筛承受压力太大，一片钢筛2至3元钱，有的只加工五、六百斤谷子后就破裂了，实在可惜。新型筛托不但大大地延长了钢筛的寿命，降低了成本，而且使碾米机、粉碎机因不必经常拆换钢筛而提高了效率。
新型筛托适用于各种型号的谷物粉碎机、碾米机，其加强筋的顶端厚度在1至2毫米并与钢筛平稳紧密接触时最佳，因它不但有利于保护钢筛，还有利于过筛物通过。
Claims (4)
1、一种新型筛托，安装在碾米机或谷物粉碎机内钢筛下部托住钢筛的铸件，其特征是，在现有的筛托内铸有轴向加强筋和径向加强筋。
2、由权利要求1所述的新型筛托，其特征是，轴向加强筋和径向加强筋的数量分别是一根和两根。
3、由权利要求2所述的新型筛托，其特征是，加强筋底端厚均为5至10毫米，顶端厚均为1至4毫米。
4、由权利要求3所述的新型筛托，其特征是，加强筋顶端的厚度均为1至2毫米。
