Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the utility model is, therefore, to be taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and it is to be understood that the scope of the utility model is not limited to the specific embodiments.
Throughout the specification and claims, unless explicitly stated otherwise, the term "comprise" or variations thereof such as "comprises" or "comprising", etc. will be understood to include the stated element or component without excluding other elements or components.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the removable tape according to the preferred embodiment of the present utility model includes a substrate 1, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 laminated on the substrate 1, and SAP particles 3 dispersed inside and/or on the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive.
It will be appreciated that the SAP particles 3 in the present utility model, that is, SAP particles made of a super absorbent resin (also called super absorbent resin), are capable of absorbing water of several hundred times to thousands times its own weight and are generally insoluble in solvents such as toluene, ethyl acetate, etc. Specifically, the SAP particles may be AQUALIC CS of the japan catalyst, but may be SAP particles 3 purchased from other sources.
It should be noted that the tackiness of the adhesive tape (i.e., tackiness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2) is mainly determined by the tackiness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 or the pressure-sensitive adhesive (the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 is made of a pressure-sensitive adhesive), and thus a pressure-sensitive adhesive having a high tackiness can be selected, which can have good tackiness when the adhesive tape is attached to the adherend 5. When the adhesive tape and the object to be adhered 5 are required to be separated (as shown in fig. 2), water spraying or water mist treatment can be carried out before the adhesive tape is removed, SAP particles 3 in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 and/or on the surface can quickly absorb water and expand, the adhesive tape and the surface of the object to be adhered 5 are pushed away, the adhesive property of the adhesive tape is reduced, the effect of easy removal is achieved, and residual adhesive is avoided as far as possible; in addition, even if a small amount of residual glue exists, the residual glue can be well cleaned after water spraying or water mist treatment.
The removable adhesive tape provided by the utility model has the viscosity reducing property under certain conditions by dispersing the SAP particles 3 in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 and/or on the surface, and has the effect of being convenient to remove, so that the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is modified in the prior art, namely, the formula of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is not required to be improved, and the existing pressure-sensitive adhesive can be purchased in the market directly.
The SAP particles 3 in the removable tape of the present utility model may be added and uniformly mixed during the process of preparing the pressure-sensitive adhesive or before coating the pressure-sensitive adhesive on the substrate 1.
In a specific embodiment, the SAP particles 3 have a particle size of less than or equal to 50 μm. Under other conditions, the larger the particle size of the SAP particles 3, the lower the tackiness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2, and when the particle size of the SAP particles 3 is 50 μm, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 is already affected to some extent. Thus, the particle size of the SAP-particles 3 is less than or equal to 50 μm. In the present embodiment, the particle size of the SAP particles 3 refers to the D97 particle size of the SAP particles 3.
It will be appreciated that the particle size of SAP particles 3 (e.g., AQUALIC CS of japan catalyst) available directly on the market may not be within the above-described requirements, that a sieve may be used to screen SAP particles 3 of a suitable size before use, and that SAP particles 3 available directly on the market may be crushed or broken to a size that meets our standards.
Preferably, the particle size of the SAP particles 3 may be less than or equal to 10 μm in order to have both the tackiness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 and the effect of post-debonding.
In one embodiment, the SAP particles 3 are spherical, and the spherical SAP particles 3 change more uniformly when absorbing water and expanding, so as to control the reduction of the viscosity of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 after water spraying or water mist treatment before the removal of the adhesive tape.
In one embodiment, the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 is 10 μm to 100 μm. The thicker the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2, the smaller the effect of the SAP particles 3 on the decrease in the tackiness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2, and the decrease in the tackiness-reducing effect at the time of the later tackiness reduction, under other conditions; the thinner the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 is, the greater the effect of the SAP particles 3 on the decrease in the tackiness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 is, and the effect of the tack reduction at the time of the post-tack reduction is increased.
Preferably, the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 is 15 μm to 30 μm. When the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 is within this range, it is possible to combine the tackiness before tape peeling and the effect of reducing tackiness by the SAP particles 3 when tape peeling is required.
In one embodiment, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 may be formed by coating a pressure-sensitive adhesive selected from the group consisting of a solvent rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive, an oily acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive and a hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive. In order to avoid the decrease in the tackiness of the adhesive tape of the present utility model caused by the absorption of water in the pressure-sensitive adhesive by the superabsorbent resin, the solvent for preparing the pressure-sensitive adhesive is usually an organic solvent such as toluene, ethyl acetate, etc., and the organic solvent does not dissolve the superabsorbent resin. Specifically, the pressure-sensitive adhesive can be a crystal oil adhesive W-906 or other products which can be directly purchased in the market.
Specifically, the pressure-sensitive adhesive can be directly purchased in the market or prepared according to the requirement.
In one embodiment, the substrate 1 is any one of a textured paper, a PP film, a PET film, and paper and plain paper.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the removable tape further comprises a release layer 4 disposed on the pressure sensitive adhesive layer 2, the pressure sensitive adhesive layer 2 being bonded between the release layer 4 and the substrate 1. Specifically, the release layer 4 may be any one of a common silicone paper, a release paper, a PET release film and a PE release film.

The tapes obtained in examples 1 to 4 and comparative example 1 were subjected to the following performance test:
the testing method comprises the following steps: the above samples were each cut out to a length of 20cm and a width of 25mm, and the peel force, the initial tack and the holding power were measured, and the residual glue was removed from the painted steel plate after 1 hour and 7 days, to obtain the data of the following table.
In summary, according to the removable adhesive tape of the embodiment of the present utility model, the SAP particles dispersed in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and/or on the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are used to spray water or mist to the adhesive tape when the adhesive tape attached to the object needs to be removed, so that the SAP particles rapidly absorb water and expand to push the adhesive tape away from the surface to be attached, thereby reducing the viscosity, achieving the effect of easy removal, and reducing the residual adhesive on the surface of the object to be attached.
