The removable acrylic foam adhesive tape provided by the invention is strong in stability, good in heat conductivity and removability, convenient for die cutting and strong in adhesion.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a removable acrylic foam adhesive tape, and belongs to the technical field of adhesive tape application.
Background
The existing foam adhesive tape is usually made by coating a solvent type (or hot melt type) pressure sensitive adhesive on two sides of a base material such as PE, PO, EVA and the like, and then coating release paper on the two sides, wherein the adhesive is acrylic acid (or rubber) system. The existing foam adhesive tape needs to be soaked by a solvent in the removing process, or is easy to generate adhesive residue, break or be unremovable. On some large building materials or equipment, removability is hardly achieved. Meanwhile, most of the existing products have no heat conduction function and cannot provide a good heat dissipation function, and the existing heat conduction foam adhesive tape can realize the heat conduction function, but is complex to process and high in cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a removable acrylic foam adhesive tape with good thermal conductivity and removability.

The diameter of the glass beads is 20 um.
By weight, 90-100 parts of butyl acrylate, 0-10 parts of acrylic acid, 0-10 parts of curing agent, 20-40 parts of heat conducting powder, 1-10 parts of foaming microspheres, 1-20 parts of glass beads and 100-200 parts of solvent.
The solvent includes ethyl acetate, toluene, or methyl ethyl ketone.
The total thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 100-500 um.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the removable acrylic foam adhesive tape provided by the invention, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprises butyl acrylate, acrylic acid, a curing agent, heat conducting powder, foaming microspheres, glass microspheres and a solvent, and the glass microspheres and a polyurethane film are introduced, so that the adhesive film becomes thin continuously in the stretching process, the glass microspheres gradually protrude on the adhesive film, the stripping force is reduced, the removal effect is achieved, and the polyurethane film provides a good stretching rate, so that the polyurethane film is not easy to break in the removal process; the foaming multiplying power of the whole acrylic adhesive film can be well controlled by selecting the foaming microspheres, so that the product is uniform and stable in thickness and has a certain damping and energy-absorbing effect; the addition of the heat-conducting powder ensures that the obtained adhesive tape has excellent heat-conducting property.

Detailed Description
The present invention is further described with reference to the accompanying drawings, and the following examples are only for clearly illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and should not be taken as limiting the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the invention discloses a removable acrylic foam adhesive tape, which comprises a substrate layer, wherein the substrate layer is polycarbonate or polyurethane, preferably a modified polyurethane film, and provides a certain stretching rate in a stretching process. The both sides of substrate layer are provided with pressure sensitive adhesive layer, and one side that pressure sensitive adhesive layer kept away from the substrate layer is provided with from type rete. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is selected from acrylate adhesives, and comprises the following components in parts by weight: 90-100 parts of butyl acrylate, 0-10 parts of acrylic acid, 0-10 parts of a curing agent, 10-30 parts of heat conducting powder, 1-10 parts of foaming microspheres, 1-20 parts of glass beads, 100-200 parts of a solvent and 100-500 mu m in total thickness.
The heat conducting powder is metal oxide or nitride, and provides heat conducting performance. The foaming material is foaming microsphere D (95) approximately equal to 9-11um, the low-particle-size microsphere is beneficial to coating of an adhesive layer, and the foaming multiplying power of an internal plate of acrylic acid is effectively controlled, so that the sample has certain energy-absorbing and shock-absorbing advantages compared with the traditional adhesive tape. The glass beads D are 20um and are used for reducing the viscosity of the adhesive layer in the stretching process. The solvent includes ethyl acetate, toluene or methyl ethyl ketone.
The key point of the technology of the invention is physical viscosity reduction, the adhesive tape becomes thinner and thinner under the condition of being capable of being pulled up, and the pulling up property of the adhesive tape is improved by the ultrathin polyurethane film; after stretching to a certain degree, the glass beads are slightly convex on the surface of the adhesive tape (refer to fig. 1), so that the bonding surface of the adhesive tape is reduced, and the removability is achieved.
The prepared adhesive tape is subjected to performance test, the performance test results of the prepared double-sided adhesive tape and a control group double-sided adhesive tape are shown in fig. 2, the addition of the heat conduction powder enables the heat conduction performance of the adhesive tape prepared by the invention to be excellent, the elongation at break of the double-sided adhesive tape prepared by the invention is obviously enhanced by adopting the ultrathin polyurethane substrate and the glass beads, and the double-sided adhesive tape can be easily pulled out when the adhesive tape is removed at 0-60 degrees.

Claims (8)
1. A removable acrylic foam tape, characterized in that: the adhesive tape comprises a substrate layer, wherein pressure-sensitive adhesive layers are arranged on two sides of the substrate layer, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers are far away from one side of the substrate layer, a release film layer is arranged on one side of the substrate layer, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers comprise butyl acrylates, acrylic acid, a curing agent, heat conducting powder, foaming microspheres, glass microspheres and a solvent.
2. A removable acrylic foam tape according to claim 1, wherein: the substrate layer is polycarbonate or polyurethane.
3. A removable acrylic foam tape according to claim 1, wherein: the heat conducting powder is metal oxide or nitride.
4. A removable acrylic foam tape according to claim 1, wherein: the D (95) of the foamed microspheres is 9 to 11 um.
5. A removable acrylic foam tape according to claim 1, wherein: the diameter of the glass beads is 20 um.

A removable acrylic foam tape according to claim 1, wherein: by weight, 90-100 parts of butyl acrylate, 0-10 parts of acrylic acid, 0-10 parts of curing agent, 20-40 parts of heat conducting powder, 1-10 parts of foaming microspheres, 1-20 parts of glass microspheres and 100-200 parts of solvent.
7. A removable acrylic foam tape according to claim 1, wherein: the solvent includes ethyl acetate, toluene, or methyl ethyl ketone.
8. A removable acrylic foam tape according to claim 1, wherein: the total thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 100-500 um.
