(2) And (2) mixing silicone oil, a curing agent for silicone oil, a platinum catalyst, polystyrene microspheres and ethyl acetate, uniformly stirring to obtain a release coating liquid, coating the release coating liquid on the base coat obtained in the step (1) by using a scraper, drying, rolling, and curing at normal temperature for 24 hours to form a silicon release layer compounded on the base coat, so as to obtain the matte adhesive tape release film compounded by the base material for the release film, the base coat and the silicon release layer.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 2, the matte double-sided tape for a flexible OLED module provided in this embodiment 3 includes a basic release film 21, a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 22, a tape base material 23, a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 24, and a matte tape release film 25 prepared in embodiment 1, which are sequentially disposed from top to bottom.
The preparation raw materials of the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprise the following components in percentage by mass: acrylic resin 8541 (Kunshan Shimei) 15%, hardener A-104 (Suzhou Saiwu) 0.1%, tackifying resin (phenolic resin 12603 Suzhou Saiwu applied technology Co., Ltd.) 3%, and ethyl acetate 81.9%.
In this example 3, the base release film was a PET release film; the tape substrate is a PET substrate.
The preparation method of the matte double-sided adhesive tape for the flexible OLED module comprises the following steps:
(1) according to the formula, mixing acrylic resin, a curing agent for resin, tackifying resin and an organic solvent for resin, uniformly stirring, standing and defoaming to obtain a pressure-sensitive adhesive coating liquid;
(2) coating the pressure-sensitive adhesive coating liquid obtained in the step (1) on a matte adhesive tape release film, drying to form a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer compounded on the matte adhesive tape release film, and then adhering an adhesive tape substrate on the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to obtain a semi-finished product I; the thickness of the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 15 mu m, and the thickness of the adhesive tape base material is 6 mu m;
(3) coating the pressure-sensitive adhesive coating liquid prepared in the step (1) on a basic release film, drying to obtain a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer compounded on the basic release film so as to form a semi-finished product II compounded with the basic release film and the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, then laminating the semi-finished product II with the adhesive tape base material of the semi-finished product I through the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and curing at the high temperature of 40 ℃ for 3 days to obtain the matte double-sided adhesive tape; wherein the thickness of the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 9 μm.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 2, the matte double-sided tape for a flexible OLED module provided in this embodiment 4 includes a basic release film 21, a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 22, a tape base material 23, a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 24, and a matte tape release film 25 prepared in embodiment 2, which are sequentially disposed from top to bottom.
The preparation raw materials of the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprise the following components in percentage by mass: 15% of acrylic resin 8541 (Kunmushu plum), 0.2% of curing agent A-104 (Suzhou saiwu), 4% of tackifying resin (phenolic resin 12603 Suzhou saiwu) and 80.8% of ethyl acetate.
In this example 4, the base release film was a PET release film; the tape substrate is a PET substrate.
The preparation method of the matte double-sided adhesive tape for the flexible OLED module comprises the following steps:
(1) according to the formula, mixing acrylic resin, a curing agent for resin, tackifying resin and an organic solvent for resin, uniformly stirring, standing and defoaming to obtain a pressure-sensitive adhesive coating liquid;
(2) coating the pressure-sensitive adhesive coating liquid obtained in the step (1) on a matte adhesive tape release film, drying to form a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer compounded on the matte adhesive tape release film, and then adhering an adhesive tape substrate on the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to obtain a semi-finished product I; the thickness of the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 23 μm, and the thickness of the adhesive tape base material is 6 μm;
(3) coating the pressure-sensitive adhesive coating liquid prepared in the step (1) on a basic release film, drying to obtain a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer compounded on the basic release film so as to form a semi-finished product II compounded with the basic release film and the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, then laminating the semi-finished product II with the adhesive tape base material of the semi-finished product I through the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and curing at the high temperature of 40 ℃ for 3 days to obtain the matte double-sided adhesive tape; wherein the thickness of the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 11 μm.
Carrying out performance test on the release films of the matte tapes obtained in the embodiments 1 and 2; the release force of the matte tape release film is tested by utilizing a T ESA 7475 standard, and the residual adhesion rate of the matte tape release film is tested by utilizing a NITTO 31B standard; the test results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the release force of the release films of the matte tapes of the embodiments 1 and 2 can be controlled within 15-25 g/25mm, the residual adhesion rates are high (both greater than 90%), and the silicone oil migration phenomenon is not easy to occur.
Carrying out performance test on the matte double-sided adhesive tapes obtained in the embodiments 3 and 4; wherein, the bonding strength of the matte double-sided tape is tested by using GB/T2792-1998 standard, the initial adhesion of the matte double-sided tape is tested by using GB/T4852-2002 standard (rolling ball method), and the high-temperature holding viscosity of the matte double-sided tape is tested by using GB/T4851-1998 standard; the test results are shown in table 2.

As can be seen from Table 2, both the two pressure-sensitive adhesive layers of the matte double-sided adhesive tape have higher bonding strength; for the initial adhesion test, the test method adopts 32 steel balls for testing, the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the matte double-sided adhesive tape can at least stick the No. 8 steel ball, and the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer can at least stick the No. 4 steel ball, so that the double-sided adhesive tape has better initial adhesion; the matte double-sided adhesive tape disclosed by the invention has a retention force of more than 72h at a high temperature of 80 ℃, which indicates that the matte double-sided adhesive tape has better high-temperature adhesive property.

1. The matte tape release film for the flexible OLED module according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the raw materials for preparing the silicon release layer comprise the following components in percentage by mass: 65-70% of silicone oil, 1-3% of curing agent for silicone oil, 0.5-1.5% of platinum catalyst, 1-3% of polystyrene microsphere and 25-30% of organic solvent for silicone oil.
4. The matte adhesive tape release film for the flexible OLED module according to claim 2, wherein the organic solvent for rubber is one of ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, toluene and xylene.
5. The matte adhesive tape release film for the flexible OLED module according to claim 3, wherein the organic solvent for silicone oil is one of butyl acetate, toluene and xylene.
6. The preparation method of the matte tape release film for the flexible OLED module as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
(1) dissolving nitrile rubber by using an organic solvent for rubber, adding a curing agent for rubber, stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain a primer coating liquid, coating the primer coating liquid on a substrate for a release film, and drying to obtain a primer compounded on the substrate for the release film;
(2) and (2) mixing silicone oil, a curing agent for silicone oil, a platinum catalyst, polystyrene microspheres and an organic solvent for silicone oil, uniformly stirring to obtain a release coating liquid, coating the release coating liquid on the base coat obtained in the step (1), drying, and curing at normal temperature to form a silicon release layer compounded on the base coat so as to obtain the matte adhesive tape release film compounded by the base material for the release film, the base coat and the silicon release layer.
7. A matte double-sided tape for a flexible OLED module, which is characterized by comprising a basic release film, a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a tape substrate, a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the matte tape release film of any one of claims 1 to 5 which are arranged in sequence from top to bottom.
8. The matte double-sided adhesive tape for the flexible OLED module as claimed in claim 7, wherein the raw materials for preparing the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprise the following components in percentage by mass: 15 to 20 percent of acrylic resin, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of curing agent for resin, 2 to 5 percent of tackifying resin and 75 to 82 percent of organic solvent for resin.
9. The matte double-sided tape for the flexible OLED module as claimed in claim 8, wherein the organic solvent for the resin is one of ethyl acetate, ethyl formate, butyl acetate and methyl acetate.
10. The method for preparing the matte double-sided adhesive tape for the flexible OLED module as claimed in any one of claims 7 to 9, comprising the following steps:
(1) according to the formula, mixing acrylic resin, a curing agent for resin, tackifying resin and an organic solvent for resin, uniformly stirring, standing and defoaming to obtain a pressure-sensitive adhesive coating liquid;
(2) coating the pressure-sensitive adhesive coating liquid obtained in the step (1) on a matte adhesive tape release film, drying to form a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer compounded on the matte adhesive tape release film, and then adhering an adhesive tape substrate on the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to obtain a semi-finished product I;
(3) and (2) coating the pressure-sensitive adhesive coating liquid prepared in the step (1) on a basic release film, drying to obtain a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer compounded on the basic release film to form a semi-finished product II, then laminating the semi-finished product II with the adhesive tape base material of the semi-finished product I through the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and curing at high temperature to obtain the matte double-sided adhesive tape.
