The fireproof insulation material has a fireproof function while keeping excellent heat insulation performance, and effectively solves the fireproof safety problem of the insulation material of the assembled external wallboard component with excellent heat insulation by flame retardance and fireproof.
In the present embodiment, the number of the high-efficiency insulation layers 12 is one. A whole high-efficiency heat-insulating layer 12 is arranged in the A-level fireproof heat-insulating coating layer 11, so that the A-level fireproof heat-insulating coating layer 11 is wrapped on six surfaces of the high-efficiency heat-insulating layer 12. Of course, in other embodiments, the number of the high-efficiency heat-insulating layers 12 is plural, and the plural high-efficiency heat-insulating layers 12 are disposed in the class a fireproof heat-insulating coating 11 at intervals along the board surface direction of the fireproof heat-insulating board 1. Preferably, the heat conductivity of the high-efficiency heat-insulating layer 12 is 0.05W/mK or less, and the combustion grade of the high-efficiency heat-insulating layer 12 is a heat-insulating material of B2 grade or more.
The assembled externally hung wallboard component with excellent heat preservation in flame retardance and fire prevention also comprises a plastering layer, wherein the plastering layer is connected to one side surface of the A-level fireproof heat preservation coating layer 11, which is opposite to the frame body 10. The plastering layer has the reinforcing protection function, and ensures the good use function of the assembled externally hung wallboard component with excellent heat preservation in flame retardance and fire prevention. The plastering layer comprises mortar and grid cloth, wherein the mortar is connected to one side surface of the A-level fireproof heat-insulation coating layer 11, which is back to the frame body 10, and the grid cloth is arranged in the mortar. The grid is arranged in the mortar, so that the structural integrity firmness of the plastering layer can be enhanced, and the mortar is used for leveling protection. Preferably, the mortar is a polymer crack resistant mortar.
The assembled external wallboard component with excellent heat preservation in flame retardant and fireproof effects also comprises a facing layer, wherein the facing layer can be directly connected to one side surface of the A-level fireproof heat preservation coating layer 11, which is opposite to the frame body 10. The facing layer may also be attached directly to the outer side of the finishing layer. The decorative layer is used for protecting walls, beautifying buildings and meeting the use requirements.
The material of the facing layer can be paint, ceramic tile, stone, metal plate, UHPC or inorganic slurry with inorganic material in the A-level fireproof heat-insulating coating 11. When the material of the facing layer is UHPC or inorganic slurry with inorganic material in the A-level fireproof heat-insulating coating layer 11, a reinforcing net structure is added in the facing layer. The structural strength of the finish coat can be effectively enhanced through the reinforcing net structure, and the stability of the fireproof heat-insulating plate 1 is greatly improved.

As shown in fig. 2, the same parts of the assembled external wall panel member of this example 2, which is flame-retardant and fireproof and gives excellent heat preservation, are not repeated, and only the differences are described. In this embodiment 2, the assembled external wall panel component with excellent heat preservation in flame retardant and fireproof performance further comprises a connecting layer 3, wherein the connecting layer 3 is connected to one side surface of the a-level fireproof heat preservation coating layer 11 facing the frame body 10. The fireproof heat-insulating plate 1 is connected to the outer side of the frame body 10 and is flush with the heat-insulating layer on the outer side of the frame body 10, the connecting layer 3 is positioned in the frame body 10, and the connecting strength between the fireproof heat-insulating plate 1 and the structure in the frame body 10 can be further enhanced through the connecting layer 3, so that the structural stability and firmness are greatly improved.
The connecting layer 3 is made of cement-based materials, the cement-based materials can be prefabricated and poured into the inner side of the fireproof heat insulation board 1 in a factory, and the cement-based materials can also be coated or sprayed on site. Wherein the cement-based material is common concrete, thermal insulation mortar or aerated concrete.
The connecting layer 3 is internally provided with the reinforcing part, and the self structural degree of the connecting layer 3 can be effectively reinforced by arranging the reinforcing part in the connecting layer 3, and the connecting layer has a cracking prevention function, so that the stability of the assembled external wallboard component with excellent heat preservation is improved, and the flame retardance and the fire prevention are both considered.
The reinforcing member may be made of a high-strength material such as metal or fiber reinforced composite (Fiber Reinforced Polymer/Plastic, abbreviated as FRP), and may be in the form of a mesh, and the number of reinforcing members is not limited. The reinforcing member may be disposed at an interval from the inside of the fireproof insulation board 1, the end portion of the reinforcing member may be connected to the fireproof insulation board 1, and the top end and/or the bottom end of the reinforcing member may be connected to the frame body 10.
In this embodiment 2, a plurality of cross wires 14 are respectively connected to the reinforcing mesh members 13 located on both sides of the high-efficiency insulation layer 12. Of course, in other embodiments, the plurality of cross wires 14 may be connected only to the reinforcing mesh member 13 located outside the high-efficiency insulation layer 12.

and/or the A-level fireproof heat-insulating coating layer is made of an organic-inorganic composite heat-insulating material.

when the heat insulation material of the high-efficiency heat insulation layer comprises a plurality of polyurethane boards, phenolic boards, XPS extruded boards, EPS polyphenyl boards, vacuum heat insulation boards, aerogel felts and aerogel heat insulation products, the plurality of heat insulation materials are mutually stacked.

The assembled externally hung wallboard component with excellent flame retardant and fireproof properties and heat preservation performance according to claim 1, wherein the reinforcing mesh component is in fit contact with the side surface of the efficient heat preservation layer; or, the reinforcing mesh component and the high-efficiency heat-insulating layer are arranged at intervals.

The assembled externally hung wallboard component with excellent heat preservation in flame retardance and fire prevention as set forth in claim 1, wherein the number of the high-efficiency heat preservation layers is one; or, the number of the high-efficiency heat-insulating layers is multiple, and the high-efficiency heat-insulating layers are arranged in the A-level fireproof heat-insulating coating layer at intervals along the plate surface direction of the fireproof heat-insulating plate.

The assembled externally hung wallboard component with excellent heat preservation in flame retardant and fireproof performance according to claim 1, wherein the assembled externally hung wallboard component with excellent heat preservation in flame retardant and fireproof performance further comprises a plastering layer, wherein the plastering layer is connected to one side surface of the A-level fireproof heat preservation coating layer, which is opposite to the frame body;
