The facing layer 10 may be directly attached to the outer side of the class a fire protection and thermal protection coating 11, or the facing layer 10 may be directly attached to the outer side of the finishing layer 9. The facing layer 10 is used for protecting walls, beautifying buildings and meeting the use requirements.
The material of the facing layer 10 may be paint, ceramic tile, stone, metal plate, UHPC or inorganic slurry with inorganic material in the class a fireproof thermal insulation coating 11. When the material of the facing layer 10 is UHPC or inorganic slurry with the same inorganic material as that in the class a fireproof thermal insulation coating 11, a reinforcing net structure is added in the facing layer 10. The structural strength of the finish coat 10 can be effectively enhanced through the reinforcing net structure, and the stability of the single-sided mold-free wall prefabricated part made of the composite heat insulation material is greatly improved.
The single-sided mold-free wall prefabricated part made of the composite heat insulation material further comprises a leveling layer 80, and the leveling layer 80 is connected to the inner side surface of the base wall body 20. The leveling layer 80 has a protective leveling function, and ensures good use functions of the energy-saving wall structure.
In this embodiment, the number of the efficient heat-insulating layers 12 is plural, and the plural efficient heat-insulating layers 12 are disposed in the a-stage fireproof heat-insulating coating layer 11 at intervals along the board surface direction of the fireproof heat-insulating board 1.
