the second medicine chest (6) and the second lifting structure (7) are connected to a hopper of the motor vehicle (10), and a second pump is arranged in the second medicine chest (6);
one end of the transverse telescopic rod piece (8) is connected to the second lifting structure (7) so as to drive the transverse telescopic rod piece (8) to lift through the second lifting structure (7), meanwhile, the other end of the transverse telescopic rod piece (8) is connected with the medicine spraying pipe (9), and the medicine spraying pipe (9) is communicated with the second pump through a second hose (60);
