Background
The greenhouse planting technology is a common technology and is mainly applied to planting of vegetables and fruits. The greenhouse planting has better heat preservation performance, can fully utilize the side which is beneficial to the growth and development of vegetables and fruits, overcomes the adverse factors, masters the regulation and control method, can unify the environmental conditions and the growth and development rules of crops, and obtains high-yield and high-quality crop products, so the greenhouse planting is popular to people.
In order to ensure the normal growth of the vegetables or fruits planted in the greenhouse and avoid the damage of plant diseases and insect pests to the vegetables or fruits, related medicines are required to be sprayed frequently.
The existing greenhouse pesticide spraying operation generally adopts a manual pesticide spraying mode, but the manual pesticide spraying mode has the disadvantages of high labor intensity, uneven spraying, high labor cost and low efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a medicine spraying device and method, which have high medicine spraying efficiency and more uniform medicine spraying and solve the problems in the prior art.

a first driving mechanism for driving the sliding seat to move back and forth along the supporting beam is arranged between the sliding seat and the supporting beam; and a second driving mechanism used for driving the moving seat to move left and right along the mounting rack is arranged between the moving seat and the mounting rack.

A drug spraying method using the drug spraying apparatus, the method comprising the steps of:
s1, adjusting the stroke of the medicine spraying pipe moving up and down according to the position of the crops needing to be sprayed with the medicine;
s2, adjusting the height of the supporting frame according to the height of the crop;
s3, injecting the liquid medicine into the medicine supply groove through the medicine supply mechanism;
s4, extracting the liquid medicine in the medicine supply tank through the medicine extracting mechanism, injecting the liquid medicine into the medicine spraying pipe through the hose, and spraying the liquid medicine out of the medicine spraying head;
s5, the second driving mechanism drives the moving seat to move left and right, so that the support frame moves between two rows of crops;
s6, the first driving mechanism drives the pesticide spraying pipe to move back and forth, and the two pesticide spraying heads spray pesticide on crops on the left side and the right side of the moving seat in the process of moving the pesticide spraying pipe back and forth;
s7, the linkage mechanism drives the medicine spraying pipe to reciprocate up and down, so that the medicine is uniformly sprayed on the part of the crops needing to be sprayed with the medicine;
s8, the second driving mechanism drives the moving seat to move left and right, the supporting frame is made to move to the position between the next two rows of crops or the position between the outermost row of crops and the side wall of the greenhouse, and S6 is repeated until the left side and the right side of all the crops receive medicine spraying.

A medicine supply groove 3 is formed in the top of the supporting beam 1, a sliding seat 4 is arranged on the supporting beam 1 in a front-back sliding mode, a medicine pumping mechanism is arranged on the sliding seat 4, and the medicine supply groove 3 is connected with a medicine supply mechanism; the medicine supply mechanism is used for injecting medicine liquid into the medicine supply groove 3, and the sliding seat 4 is arranged along the supporting beam 1 in a sliding mode so as to ensure that the medicine drawing mechanism can draw the medicine liquid from the medicine supply groove 3 at any time.

The sliding seat 4 is a rectangular frame body, the inner sides of the left side wall and the right side wall of the sliding seat 4 are respectively provided with a guide block 16, the left side and the right side of the supporting beam 1 are respectively provided with a guide groove 17 corresponding to the guide block 16, the guide grooves 17 extend from front to back, and the matching of the guide blocks 16 and the guide grooves 17 is used for improving the stability of the sliding seat 4 when sliding along the supporting beam 1. The linkage mechanism comprises two small shafts 24 rotatably mounted on the inner sides of the left side wall and the right side wall of the support frame 9, the small shafts 24 extend leftwards and rightwards, mounting seats 25 are respectively and fixedly mounted at the inner ends of the two small shafts 24, through holes 26 extending along the diameter of the small shafts 24 are formed in the mounting seats 25, adjusting rods 27 are movably mounted in the through holes 26, and limiting mechanisms are arranged between the mounting seats 25 and the adjusting rods 27; a stopper 28 is fixedly installed at one end of the adjusting lever 27, and the stopper 28 is used for preventing the end of the adjusting lever 27 far away from the first hinge shaft 29 from being separated from the mounting seat 25. A first hinge shaft 29 is fixedly installed between the ends of the two adjusting rods 27 far away from the stop block 28, and the first hinge shaft 29 and the two small shafts 24 are eccentrically arranged; two supporting plates 30 are oppositely and fixedly installed on the left and right sides of the top of the lifting seat 11, a second hinge shaft 31 is fixedly installed between the two supporting plates 30, a connecting rod 32 is arranged between the first hinge shaft 29 and the second hinge shaft 31, and two ends of the connecting rod 32 are respectively rotatably connected with the first hinge shaft 29 and the second hinge shaft 31; and a lifting motor 33 for driving any small shaft 24 to rotate is fixedly arranged on the supporting frame 9.
The lifting motor 33 drives the small shaft 24 to rotate when working, the small shaft 24 drives the first articulated shaft 29 to rotate around the small shaft 24 through the adjusting rod 27 when rotating, the first articulated shaft 29 reciprocates along the elongated hole 10 through the connecting rod 32 and the second articulated shaft 31, and the lifting seat 11 drives the pesticide spraying pipe 12 and the pesticide spraying head 13 to reciprocate up and down so as to increase the pesticide spraying range of the pesticide spraying head 13. The stroke of the spray pipe 12 moving up and down is adjusted by sliding the adjusting lever 27 along the through-hole 26 to adjust the distance between the first hinge shaft 31 and the small shaft 24, i.e., the stroke of the spray pipe 12 moving up and down is increased as the distance between the first hinge shaft 31 and the small shaft 24 is increased; or when the distance between the first hinge shaft 31 and the small shaft 24 is small, the stroke of the spray pipe 12 moving up and down is reduced.
The limiting mechanism comprises a mounting cavity 34 positioned in the small shaft 24, the mounting cavity 34 is provided with a through hole 35 which extends inwards and is communicated with the corresponding through hole 26, a limiting pin 36 is movably mounted in the through hole 35, and a plurality of limiting grooves 37 matched with the limiting pin 36 are uniformly arranged on the adjusting rod 27 at intervals; a limiting block 38 positioned in the mounting cavity 34 is fixedly mounted at one end of the limiting pin 36, and a spring 39 is arranged between one side of the limiting block 38 far away from the limiting pin 36 and the side wall of the mounting cavity 34; a shifting block 40 is fixedly mounted on one side of the limiting block 38 adjacent to the limiting pin 36, and an auxiliary hole 41 for the shifting block 40 to penetrate out is formed in the small shaft 24.
In the initial state, the elastic force of the spring 39 enables the limit pin 36 to be inserted into one limit groove 37, and the adjusting rod 27 cannot move in the through hole 26; the shifting block 40 is shifted to drive the limiting block 38 to move outwards and compress the spring 39, meanwhile, the limiting block 38 drives the limiting pin 36 to be separated from the limiting groove 37 which is inserted initially, and then the adjusting rod 27 slides along the through hole 26 to adjust the distance between the first hinge shaft 31 and the small shaft 24; after the adjustment is finished, the shifting block 40 is released, the spring 39 in a compressed state pushes the limiting block 38 to move inwards, and the limiting block 38 drives the limiting pin 36 to be inserted into the limiting groove 37 aligned with the limiting pin 36 at the moment.
First actuating mechanism is including rotating the installation gear 42 in the sliding seat 4, the axis of gear 42 is controlled and is extended, the bottom fixed mounting of a supporting beam 1 with the rack 43 that gear 42 meshed mutually, the rack 43 extends around, fixed mounting has on the sliding seat 4 and is used for driving gear 42 pivoted first driving motor 44. The gear 42 is driven by the first driving motor 44 to rotate forward or backward, and the gear 43 and the rack 43 are engaged with each other to move the sliding seat 4 forward or backward along the support beam 1.
The second driving mechanism comprises a lead screw 45 extending left and right, the lead screw 45 is rotatably installed between the two side plates 503 through a polished rod at the end part, the movable base 6 is in threaded connection with the lead screw 45, and a second driving motor 46 for driving the lead screw 45 to rotate is fixedly installed on one of the side plates 503. The second driving motor 46 drives the screw rod 45 to rotate forward or backward, and the screw rod 45 drives the moving seat 6 to move left and right along the sliding groove 502.
A drug spraying method using the drug spraying apparatus, the method comprising the steps of:
s1, adjusting the stroke of the spray pipe 12 moving up and down according to the position of the crops needing to be sprayed with the pesticide; namely, the distance between the first hinge shaft 31 and the small shaft 24 is increased by sliding the adjusting lever 27 along the through hole 26 to increase the stroke of the medicine spraying pipe 12 moving up and down, thereby increasing the medicine spraying range of the medicine spraying head 13; or the distance between the first hinge shaft 31 and the small shaft 24 is reduced by sliding the adjustment lever 27 along the through-hole 26 to reduce the stroke of the medicine spraying pipe 12 moving up and down, thereby reducing the spraying range of the medicine spraying head 13.
S2, adjusting the height of the supporting frame 9 according to the height of the crop; namely, the electric telescopic rod 8 is extended or contracted to drive the supporting frame 9 to be lowered or raised so as to adjust the height of the spraying head 13 for spraying the medicine.
S3, the chemical liquid is injected into the chemical supply tank 3 by the chemical supply mechanism, that is, the chemical liquid in the chemical supply box 21 is injected into the chemical supply tank 3 through the second connection pipe 22 by turning on the chemical supply pump 23.
S4, drawing the liquid medicine in the medicine supply tank 3 through the medicine drawing mechanism, injecting the liquid medicine into the medicine spraying pipe 12 through the hose 15, and spraying the liquid medicine from the medicine spraying head 13; that is, the chemical liquid in the chemical supply tank 3 is injected into the spray pipe 12 by turning on the suction pump 18 and is sprayed from the spray head 13.
S5, the second driving mechanism drives the moving seat 6 to move left and right, so that the supporting frame 9 moves between two rows of crops; that is, the second driving motor 46 drives the screw rod 45 to rotate forward or backward, the screw rod 45 drives the moving seat 6 to move left and right along the sliding groove 502, and the moving seat 6 drives the supporting frame 9, the spraying pipe 12 and the spraying head 13 to move in the width direction of the greenhouse 47.
S6, the first driving mechanism drives the pesticide spraying pipe 12 to move back and forth, and the two pesticide spraying heads 13 spray pesticide on crops on the left side and the right side of the movable seat 6 in the process that the pesticide spraying pipe 12 moves back and forth; that is, the first driving motor 44 drives the gear 42 to rotate forward or backward to drive the sliding seat 4 to move back and forth along the supporting beam 1, the sliding seat 4 drives the pesticide spraying pipe 12 and the pesticide spraying head 13 to move along the length direction of the greenhouse 47 through the moving seat 6 and the supporting frame 9, and the pesticide spraying head 13 sprays pesticide on crops on the left side and the right side in the moving process.
S7, the linkage mechanism drives the medicine spraying pipe 12 to reciprocate up and down, so that the medicine is uniformly sprayed on the part of the crops needing to be sprayed with the medicine; that is, the small shaft 24 is driven to rotate by the lifting motor 33, when the small shaft 24 rotates, the adjusting rod 27 drives the first hinge shaft 29 to rotate around the small shaft 24, the lifting seat 11 of the first hinge shaft 29 reciprocates along the elongated hole 10 through the connecting rod 32 and the second hinge shaft 31, and the lifting seat 11 drives the pesticide spraying pipe 12 and the pesticide spraying head 13 to reciprocate up and down.
