背景技术
WO 81/00691A1公开了一种将用于将诸如轮胎和类似物的环形主体卷绕在滚筒上的胶带自动地钉住、施加、压合然后切断的胶带施加设备。该设备包括施加辊和防止施加辊进一步旋转的制动构件。滚筒被控制旋转较小的量以拉伸压合辊与施加辊之间的胶带,直到胶带通过胶带的一个自由端悬垂在施加滚筒上而切断以便下一次施加至滚筒,并且胶带的另一个自由端被压合辊压合至滚筒。

如图1示意性所示,施加单元2还包括控制单元6,该控制单元电子地和/或操作地连接于旋转驱动器21和侧向驱动器22。控制单元6被适配、构造、编程和/或布置成用于控制辊体40围绕辊轴线R的旋转以及切割刀片50和施加辊3之间沿侧向方向L的相对位移。当同时控制辊体40的旋转和切割刀片50与施加辊3之间的相对位移时,控制单元6可以使切割刀片50沿绕辊轴线R的螺旋切割路径P在辊体40的周向表面41上运动,如图2和图3所示。
如图2最佳所示,螺旋切割路径P与中性平面N成倾斜路径角度H。倾斜路径角度H优选地在十度到八十度之间的范围内选择。
当沿着螺旋切割路径P切割条带9时,条带9可能在切割期间粘附至切割刀片50并且可能不经意地与切割刀片50一起被拉动。当条带9的材料相对柔软、发粘或薄时,可能发生这种情况。为了防止这种现象,刀片角度B可有意地相对于螺旋切割路径P偏移相对较小的偏移角度K。偏移角度K优选地在零至十度的范围内。偏移角度K将允许条带9的材料在切割期间更容易地从切割刀片50上松脱。
可以设想,当倾斜路径角度H非常小或非常大,即接近十度或接近八十度时,偏移可能导致切割刀片50以零或九十度的刀片角度B延伸至中性平面N。因此,切割刀片50可平行于中性平面N或垂直于所述中性平面N,同时仍沿着螺旋切割路径P运动。
或者,刀片角度B和倾斜路径角度H可以相同,即切割刀片50可与螺旋切割路径P对准。
如图2所示,螺旋切割路径P开始于切割刀片50首先与施加辊3的辊体40相交的相交位置X。控制单元6构造成用于确定辊体40围绕辊轴线R的角度位置,即通过使用来自旋转驱动器21的校准和/或位置数据或通过使用编码器(未示出)。控制单元6可以使用该信息来预测和/或预先确定在切割刀片50和施加辊3之间沿侧向方向L的相对位移的特定开始时间,交点X将在辊体40的周缘上的什么位置。换言之,控制单元6可以为沿侧向方向L的相对位移安排时间,以控制相交位置X在辊体40的周缘上的预定位置。此外,当刀片角度B可调节时,所述刀片角度B可在切割之前设置和/或在切割期间改变。
具体地,控制单元6可为沿侧向方向L相对于多个保持元件42的相对位移安排时间,使得从所述预定相交位置X开始的螺旋切割路径P避开靠近螺旋切割路径P的多个保持元件42的所有保持元件42或位于辊体41的螺旋切割路径P所延伸通过的周向区段内的多个保持元件42的所有保持元件42延伸。
如图2所示,螺旋切割路径P延伸穿过多个行E中的四个行E,同时避开所述四个行E中的多个保持元件42延伸。本领域技术人员将理解,在时间上可能存在小的公差,这将导致替代的螺旋切割路径P’、P”仍然避开相应行E中的保持元件42延伸。此外,倾斜路径角度H可在上述公差内稍有不同,而螺旋切割路径P不与任何一个保持元件42相交。
如图3所示,第一分隔壁34平行于或基本上平行于辊轴线R延伸,并且第二分隔壁35平行于或基本上平行于螺旋切割路径P延伸。
下文将参照图4A-4H描述使用前述轮胎成型装置1,具体地是其施加单元2将条带9施加到滚筒8的方法。
图4A示出了条带9由供料器10供应给施加单元2的情况。切割刀片50在施加辊3的侧面和/或上方缩回到待机位置。前端LE已通过在该方法的先前循环期间切断条带9的先前长度(未示出)而产生。或者,前端LE可通过在该方法的第一循环开始时切断全新条带9的废料长度来产生。前端LE定位在施加辊3上,位于与第一腔室31和第二腔室32相关联的周向区段的顶上或铺在其上。第一腔室31和第二腔室32连接于部分真空源以将前端LE和条带9的主体通过抽吸保持在所述前端LE上游,即在所述第一腔室31和所述第二腔室32的位置处。第三腔室33未加压或“闲置”以防止空气通过未被条带9覆盖的抽吸开口泄漏。滚筒8是空的并准备好接纳收条带9的圈。
图4B示出了施加单元2朝向滚筒1运动以将前端LE施加滚筒8的周向表面的情况。第一腔室31和第二腔室32保持部分真空。在该示例中,压合辊7同时朝向滚筒8运动。替代地,压合辊7可在已经施加前端LE之后朝向滚筒8运动。
图4C示出了第二腔室32与部分真空源切换或断开并替代地连接于压缩空气源的情况。换言之,第二腔室32以大于环境压力的压力被加压。施加辊3的辊体中的与第二腔室32连通的抽吸开口现在可以有效地吹离前端LE,从而将所述前端LE从施加辊3转移到滚筒8上。
图4D示出了施加辊3的辊体围绕辊轴线R以角速度V旋转以使条9的前端LE沿施加方向A朝向滚筒8前进和/或转移的情况。当条带通过施加辊3转移到滚筒8上时,滚筒8旋转以接纳条带9。一旦前端LE已经远离施加辊3运动,第二腔室32就可再次连接于部分真空源,以与第一腔室31一起沿着与所述腔室31、32相关联的周向区段将条带主体保持于施加辊3。因为已经施加和转移了前端LE,所以施加单元2现在可以沿远离滚筒8的方向缩回,从而不干扰压合辊7的操作。
注意,在图4D中,切割刀片50可被带入到施用辊3的周向表面旁边和/或水平面处的活动位置中,准备切割。
图4E示出了滚筒8已经进一步旋转以承受带9的几个或多个圈,即形成轮胎部件(未示出)的一层或多层的情况。施加辊3保持沿相同方向旋转,优选地以相同或恒定的角速度V旋转。当轮胎布件已经接近完成并且最后一圈将施加至滚筒8时,以上述方式同时控制施加辊3和切割器5沿着螺旋切割路径运动,如图2所示。在切割之前,该方法还可包括以下步骤:确定辊体围绕辊轴线R的角度位置;并且为前述的相对位移安排时间以控制螺旋切割路径P的相交位置X。第一腔室31和第二腔室32保持连接于部分真空源,以在切割期间将条带9可靠地保持于施加辊3的周向表面。
图4F示出了当切割器5已经完成切割并且切割刀片50远离施加辊3的周向表面运动时的情况。在该示例中,切割刀片50从施加辊3升起并在施加辊3上方返回到其待机位置。该切割在条带9中产生了新的前端LE和后端TE。后端TE是条带9的切断长度的一部分,这部分作为最终圈的一部分尚未转移到滚筒8上以完成轮胎部件。新的前端LE在施加辊3处准备用于该方法的下一个循环。第一腔室31和第二腔室32保持连接于部分真空源以保持新的前端LE。
图4G示出了施加辊3沿相同方向进一步旋转,优选地以相同或恒定的角速度V旋转以将条带9的切断长度的后端TE供应给滚筒8的情况。作为所述进一步旋转的结果,条带9的新前端LE变得位于施加辊3的辊体的与第三腔室33相关联的周向区段的顶上或沿着该周向区段。第三腔室33现在也连接于部分真空源,以在第三腔室33的位置处将条带9的前端有效地保持于施加辊3。
图4H示出了施加辊3的辊体反转以将新前端LE缩回至吹离位置Z的情况,即进入其中新前端LE位于与第二腔室32相关联的周向区段顶上或沿着周向区段的位置的情况。第三腔室33现在可再次与部分真空源断开。滚筒8上的卷绕已经完成。因此,可缩回压合辊7。
注意图4H的情况对应于图4A的情况。当轮胎部件从滚筒8移除时,可开始该方法的新循环。
在如图4D、4E和4F所示的步骤期间,施加辊3的辊体可沿相同方向和/或以恒定或基本上恒定的角速度V连续旋转,从而允许施加单元2在运动或“飞行中”时切割条带9。这可防止所述前端LE和后端TE在切割之前、期间或之后的拉伸或其他过度变形。
图6A和6B示出了另一个替代的施加单元202,这种施加单元与前述施加单元2、102的不同之处在于施加单元202还包括在沿着切割刀片轴线T的轴向方向上的切割刀片250的一个侧向侧处的刮刀255。刮刀255沿着切割刀片250定位,以防止可能仍然发粘的条带9粘在切割刀片250的一侧并在其旋转期间与所述切割刀片250一起被拉动。具体地,刮刀255定位在切割刀片250的其中切割刀片250首先切入条带9的一侧,使得最初形成的前端LE的尖端从切割刀片250被刮掉并保持在施加辊3上。如图6B中最佳所示,刮刀255设有至少部分圆形的刮擦体256,该刮擦体256形成面向施加辊3的至少部分圆形的刮擦边缘257。在该示例中,至少部分圆形的刮擦边缘257相对于切割刀片轴线T偏心地延伸,从而有利于前端TE的末端倾向于沿着切割刀片250被向上拉动的位置。
如图6A所示,为了使刮刀255尽可能靠近切割刀片250,切割刀片250为单斜角型,其中切割刀片250的一侧的斜角背离刮刀255,与图2的双斜面或V形切割刀片50形成对比。因此,刮刀255可以尽可能靠近切割刀片250的平坦侧定位。

Claims (6)

1.用于将条带施加至滚筒的施加单元,其特征在于,所述施加单元包括施加辊和切割器,其中,所述切割器包括切割刀片,其中,所述施加单元还包括定位在所述切割刀片旁边的刮刀,用于从所述切割刀片刮掉条带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的施加单元,其特征在于,所述切割刀片能绕切割刀片轴线旋转,其中,所述刮刀定位在沿着所述切割刀片轴线的轴向方向上的所述切割刀片的一个侧向侧处。
3.根据权利要求1所述的施加单元,其特征在于,所述刮刀定位在所述切割刀片的其中所述切割刀片首先切入所述条带的一侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的施加单元,其特征在于,所述刮刀设有至少部分圆形的刮擦体,所述刮擦体形成面向所述施加辊的至少部分圆形的刮擦边缘。
5.根据权利要求4所述的施加单元,其特征在于,所述至少部分圆形的刮擦边缘相对于切割刀片轴线偏心地延伸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的施加单元,其特征在于,所述切割刀片为单斜角型,其中所述切割刀片的一侧的斜角背离所述刮刀。
