技术领域
本实用新型涉及灯具技术领域,尤其涉及一种免焊接防变形的灯头及其灯泡。
背景技术
灯泡是指通过电能而发光的照明源,1854年由亨利·戈培尔发明,而爱迪生找到了更合适的材料研制出了白炽灯。随着技术的发展,白炽灯逐渐向高效节能的LED灯泡发展。现有的灯泡为了在接通电源时,正负电极能分开导电避免灯泡短路,通常在灯头尾端涂覆有玻璃绝缘层,并在玻璃绝缘层顶端焊接锡层。组装灯泡时,一个电极电性连接金属外壳,另一电极电性连接锡层,实现灯泡的通电的同时使得两电极互不干扰。但是该技术中,由于玻璃绝缘层和助焊剂含有较多的重金属杂质,特别是铅元素,在生产过程中极易导致重金属污染,对环境和生产人员存在较大安全隐患。
中国专利CN201120197587.1公开了一种免焊锡螺旋灯头,包括螺旋灯头外壳,所述的螺旋灯头外壳上设置有绝缘体,绝缘体内设置有导电铆钉。该项现有技术中虽然对玻璃绝缘层进行了改进,提出了更为环保的免焊接式灯头,但由于金属外壳底部的厚度较薄,将成型好的灯泡与外部灯座螺纹连接,安装时,灯泡拧至灯座底部接触导电端时,容易发生金属外壳底部端面因受力向内凹陷变形的问题,导致电性接触不良或短路等问题,灯泡质量依旧无法保障,有鉴于此,发明人进行了新的发明。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种免焊接防变形的灯头及其灯泡,其具有环保、防变形的特点。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型是一种免焊接防变形的灯头,包括金属外壳,所述金属外壳设置有外螺纹部,金属外壳的一端设置有具有开口的容置腔,金属外壳的另一端设置有端板;还包括连接于端板并用于防止端板内凹变形的塑胶绝缘件,所述塑胶绝缘件位于金属外壳的中心线上;所述塑胶绝缘件开设有组装孔,所述组装孔与容置腔相通;还包括有导电铆钉,所述导电铆钉组装于组装孔中。
进一步的,所述端板中部开设有安装孔,所述塑胶绝缘件设置于安装孔,塑胶绝缘件包括相互连接的上组装部和下组装部,所述上组装部设置于端板内侧,所述下组装部设置于端板外侧,上组装部和下组装部之间设置有用于连接端板的第一环形组装槽。
更进一步的,所述上组装部和下组装部均完全覆盖端板内外侧面积。
优选的,所述端板外侧还设置有容置槽,所述下组装部容置于容置槽中。
优选的,所述金属外壳设置有第一环形侧壁,所述容置槽设置有第二环形侧壁,所述第二环形侧壁与第一环形侧壁相互贴合或具有防止受力内凹的间隙。
进一步的,所述下组装部的横截面为半圆状,所述组装孔设置于下组装部中部位置。
优选的,所述塑胶绝缘件还包括有锥台部,所述锥台部连接于下组装部,所述组装孔设置于锥台部中部位置。
优选的,所述导电铆钉包括一体设置的钉帽和钉体,所述组装孔外端设置有第二环形组装槽,所述钉帽底部设置有与第二环形组装槽相适配的环形凸出部;或所述组装孔外端设置有环形凸出部,所述钉帽底部设置有与环形凸出部相适配的第二环形组装槽。
优选的,所述组装孔为多边形孔,所述导电铆钉包括一体设置的钉帽和钉体,所述钉体为多边形设置,所述钉体与组装孔相适配。

本实用新型是一种免焊接防变形的灯头,包括金属外壳1,所述金属外壳1设置有便于连接外部灯座的外螺纹部11,金属外壳1的一端设置有具有开口的容置腔12,金属外壳1的另一端设置有端板13;还包括连接于端板13并用于防止端板13内凹变形的塑胶绝缘件2,所述塑胶绝缘件2位于金属外壳1的中心线上;所述塑胶绝缘件2开设有组装孔21,所述组装孔21与容置腔12相通;还包括有导电铆钉3,所述导电铆钉3组装于组装孔21中。
本实用新型利用塑胶绝缘件2代替传统的玻璃绝缘层,并将导电铆钉3组装于塑胶绝缘件2顶部进行导电,导电铆钉3取代传统的导电锡层,灯头不再需要使用具有较大安全隐患的杂质玻璃材料和助焊剂,有效促进灯具的绿色环保生产,并能简化灯具的加工步骤,无需再进行繁琐的焊锡工艺,在一定程度上降低了灯具的生产成本。另一方面,利用塑胶绝缘件2加强端板的结构,提升端板13的稳固性,加强端板13的耐受力性能,在不增加生产成本的基础上,使得灯头具有防内凹变形的功能。
作为一实施例,所述端板13中部开设有安装孔131,所述塑胶绝缘件2设置于安装孔131中。本技术方案的塑胶绝缘件2采用一体注塑成型的方式成型于端板13中部位置。当金属外壳1制作完成后,注塑模具延伸入金属外壳1中,将塑胶绝缘件2一体注塑成型于端板13上。相比于将塑胶绝缘件2直接压入金属外壳1顶部进行紧密装配,一体注塑成型的工艺更加简洁,同时能使得塑胶绝缘件2与端板13之间连接的稳固性更好,且不会损坏塑胶绝缘件2。
作为优选的,所述塑胶绝缘件2包括相互连接的上组装部22和下组装部23,所述上组装部22贴合设置于端板13内侧,下组装部23贴合设置于端板13外侧,上组装部22和下组装部23包覆端板13内外侧,提升端板13抗变形性能。所述上组装部22和下组装部23之间还设置有第一环形组装槽24,注塑成型时,端板13容置于第一环形组装槽24中。
为进一步提升灯头的防变形性能,所述上组装部22和下组装部23均完全覆盖端板13内外侧面积,即上组装部22和下组装部23的包覆面积刚好或越过端板13边界,塑胶绝缘件2一并成型至端板13与第一环形侧壁14的连接处,使得端板13在组装进灯座的过程中得到第一环形侧壁14的支撑力,端板13的抗变形性能得到了进一步提升。
作为优选的,所述端板13外侧还设置有容置槽4,所述下组装部23容置于容置槽4中。容置槽4形成一个主动内凹的设计结构,当灯头拧进外部灯座时,容置槽4增加了灯头底部的结构强度,与上组装部22和下组装部23协同作用,大幅度提升灯头抗变形性能。另一方面,容置槽4还能用于容置下组装部23,下组装部23可以部分凸出容置槽4顶部也可以刚好与容置槽4高度一致,当下组装部23整个容置于容置槽4时,灯头成型后的美观度更高。
在上述技术方案的技术上,所述容置槽4可与金属外壳1一体冲压成型设置,也可由端板13向内凹陷二次冲压加工形成。当容置槽4为端板13向内凹陷加工形成时,所述容置槽4包括有第二环形侧壁41,如图10所示,所述第二环形侧壁41与第一环形侧壁14相互贴合或具有防止受力内凹的间隙5,此实施例中,端板13在拧接灯座时得到双壁支撑,加强抗形变性能。
作为一实施例,如图2所示,所述下组装部23可为半圆状设置,所述组装孔21设置于下组装部23中部位置。半圆状设置的下组装部23增大塑胶绝缘件2的受力面积,抗变形性能增加。
除上述实施例外,作为另一实施例,如图3所示,所述塑胶绝缘件2还包括有锥台部25,所述锥台部25连接于下组装部23,所述组装孔21设置于锥台部25中部位置。通常灯座内部的导电端两侧均设置有固定板,此实施例中,锥台部25凸出下组装部23表面,锥台部25能避开灯座内部的固定板便于导电铆钉3与灯座内部的导电端接触。
本技术方案中,所述导电铆钉3包括一体设置的钉帽31和钉体32。为提升导电铆钉3与塑胶绝缘件2组装的牢固性,并防止导电铆钉3轻易脱落,所述组装孔21外端设置有第二环形组装槽33,所述钉帽31底部设置有与第二环形组装槽33相适配的环形凸出部34。如图6所示,组装时,将环形凸出部34固定插接于第二环形组装槽33中;反之,如图7所示,在组装孔21设置环形凸出部34,将第二环形组装槽33设置于钉帽31底部,两者组装后同样可以达到提升连接强度、防止导电铆钉3的作用。
作为优选的,所述组装孔21为多边形孔,所述钉体32为多边形设置,并且钉体32与组装孔21相适配。组装灯头时,钉体32扣入多边形组装孔21中进行稳固装配。本实施例中,采用多边形孔和多边形钉体32进行组装可以增大连接强度,提升组装的牢固性,防止钉体32松动脱落。
本实用新型还包括了一种免焊接防变形的灯泡,所述灯泡包括上述免焊接防变形的灯头、芯柱结构6和与金属外壳1固定连接的泡壳7,所述芯柱结构6包括芯柱座61和依次电性连接的第一导电线62、发光灯体63、第二导电线64,所述芯柱座61设置于泡壳7口部,所述发光灯体63设置于泡壳7内部,所述第一导电线62和第二导电线64一端分别穿过芯柱座61电性连接发光灯体63,所述第一导电线62另一端电性连接金属外壳1,所述第二导电线64另一端电性连接导电铆钉3。本实用新型的灯泡结构简洁,相比于传统的灯泡具备防变形功能,质量更高,制作成本更低。

Claims (10)
1.一种免焊接防变形的灯头,包括金属外壳(1),其特征在于:所述金属外壳(1)设置有外螺纹部(11),金属外壳(1)的一端设置有具有开口的容置腔(12),金属外壳(1)的另一端设置有端板(13);还包括连接于端板(13)并用于防止端板(13)内凹变形的塑胶绝缘件(2),所述塑胶绝缘件(2)位于金属外壳(1)的中心线上;所述塑胶绝缘件(2)开设有组装孔(21),所述组装孔(21)与容置腔(12)相通;还包括有导电铆钉(3),所述导电铆钉(3)组装于组装孔(21)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种免焊接防变形的灯头,其特征在于:所述端板(13)中部开设有安装孔(131),所述塑胶绝缘件(2)设置于安装孔(131),塑胶绝缘件(2)包括相互连接的上组装部(22)和下组装部(23),所述上组装部(22)设置于端板(13)内侧,所述下组装部(23)设置于端板(13)外侧,上组装部(22)和下组装部(23)之间设置有用于连接端板(13)的第一环形组装槽(24)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种免焊接防变形的灯头,其特征在于:所述上组装部(22)和下组装部(23)均完全覆盖端板(13)内外侧面积。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种免焊接防变形的灯头,其特征在于:所述端板(13)外侧还设置有容置槽(4),所述下组装部(23)容置于容置槽(4)中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种免焊接防变形的灯头,其特征在于:所述金属外壳(1)设置有第一环形侧壁(14),所述容置槽(4)设置有第二环形侧壁(41),所述第二环形侧壁(41)与第一环形侧壁(14)相互贴合或具有防止受力内凹的间隙(5)。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种免焊接防变形的灯头,其特征在于:所述下组装部(23)的横截面为半圆状,所述组装孔(21)设置于下组装部(23)中部位置。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种免焊接防变形的灯头,其特征在于:所述塑胶绝缘件(2)还包括有锥台部(25),所述锥台部(25)连接于下组装部(23),所述组装孔(21)设置于锥台部(25)中部位置。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种免焊接防变形的灯头,其特征在于:所述导电铆钉(3)包括一体设置的钉帽(31)和钉体(32),所述组装孔(21)外端设置有第二环形组装槽(33),所述钉帽(31)底部设置有与第二环形组装槽(33)相适配的环形凸出部(34);或
所述组装孔(21)外端设置有环形凸出部(34),所述钉帽(31)底部设置有与环形凸出部(34)相适配的第二环形组装槽(33)。
9.根据权利要求1~7任一项所述的一种免焊接防变形的灯头,其特征在于:所述组装孔(21)为多边形孔,所述导电铆钉(3)包括一体设置的钉帽(31)和钉体(32),所述钉体(32)为多边形设置,所述钉体(32)与组装孔(21)相适配。
10.一种免焊接防变形的灯泡,包含权利要求1~9任一项所述的灯头,其特征在于:还包括有芯柱结构(6)和与金属外壳(1)固定连接的泡壳(7),所述芯柱结构(6)包括芯柱座(61)和依次电性连接的第一导电线(62)、发光灯体(63)、第二导电线(64),所述芯柱座(61)设置于泡壳(7)口部,所述发光灯体(63)设置于泡壳(7)内部,所述第一导电线(62)和第二导电线(64)一端分别穿过芯柱座(61)电性连接发光灯体(63),所述第一导电线(62)另一端电性连接金属外壳(1),所述第二导电线(64)另一端电性连接导电铆钉(3)。
