本实用新型是有关于一种滚动体保持器。
背景技术
常见的保持器结构具有很多相连的型式,例如插销连接、凹凸件连接、球型关节连接等。然而,该些结构所形成的链带头尾相连,恐导致链带与滚动体在运行时拉扯滚动体链带,特别是链带于转弯处时,当没有良好的连接,会造成链带二端脱钩且彼此脱离,而使得滚动体运行不顺畅或是产生异音。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型于一实施例中提供一种滚动体保持器,包括链带、卡钩部及卡槽部。链带具有相对的第一端及第二端,于第一端及第二端之间具有多个容置部。卡钩部设置于链带的第一端,卡钩部包括窄颈部、卡钩本体、二抵靠凸部及限位凸部。窄颈部沿链带的长边方向自第一端向外延伸。卡钩本体连接于窄颈部,且卡钩本体沿链带的短边方向的宽度,自窄颈部侧朝远离窄颈部的方向渐减。二抵靠凸部设置于卡钩本体与窄颈部相连接处,且往卡钩本体二侧分别沿链带的短边方向往外凸出延伸。限位凸部沿链带的长边方向自卡钩本体远离链带的第一端的端面向外凸出。卡槽部与卡钩部相对应且设置于链带的第二端,卡槽部包括卡槽、二抵靠部、连接部及容纳部。卡槽包括相对的开口侧及限位侧。二抵靠部及连接部位于开口侧,二抵靠部沿链带的短边方向自卡槽向内凸出。连接部连接二抵靠部,容纳部位于限位侧。当卡钩部与卡槽部对应扣合后,卡钩本体容纳于卡槽,二抵靠凸部对应抵靠于二抵靠部面向限位侧的表面,窄颈部抵靠于连接部,限位凸部对应容纳于容纳部。
在一些实施例中,卡槽部还包括导引凹部,导引凹部位于限位侧,卡钩本体的端面对应导引滑设于导引凹部。

在一些实施例中,卡钩本体邻近第一端侧且位于内周侧的一端点至端面的定位点的距离是为容置部沿长边方向的最大距离的0.45至0.5倍。
在一些实施例中,卡槽部对应定位点具有定位凹部。
在一些实施例中,卡钩本体的厚度是为容置部沿长边方向的最大距离的0.475至0.525倍。
在一些实施例中,卡槽的深度是为容置部沿长边方向的最大距离的0.525至0.575倍。
综上所述,本实用新型所提供的滚动体保持器,当卡钩部与卡槽部对应扣合,由于容纳部对于限位凸部的限位、卡钩本体连接于窄颈部的表面抵靠于连接部以及二抵靠凸部抵靠于二抵靠部,使得卡钩本体受到多面的限位,进而增加卡钩部与卡槽部的连接结构,防止卡钩部脱出卡槽部。

如图2及图4所示,卡钩部20设置于链带10的第一端11,卡钩部20包括窄颈部21、卡钩本体22、二抵靠凸部23及限位凸部24。窄颈部21沿链带10的长边方向(X轴方向)自第一端11向外延伸。卡钩本体22连接于窄颈部21,且卡钩本体22沿链带10的短边方向(Z轴方向)的宽度,自窄颈部21侧朝远离窄颈部21的方向渐减。如图2所示,卡钩本体22是形成为朝链带10的长边方向延伸的梯形结构。二抵靠凸部23设置于卡钩本体22与窄颈部21相连接处,且往卡钩本体22二侧分别沿链带10的短边方向往外凸出延伸。限位凸部24沿链带10的长边方向自卡钩本体22远离链带10的第一端11的端面25向外凸出。

如图6至图8所示,当卡钩部20与卡槽部30对应扣合后,卡钩本体22容纳于卡槽31,二抵靠凸部23对应抵靠于二抵靠部32面向限位侧30B的表面,窄颈部21抵靠于连接部33,限位凸部24对应容纳于容纳部34。具体来说,如图7及图8所示,卡槽部30带动卡钩部20于装置内运行时,以顺时针的方向前进为例示,行进方向为箭头A所示的顺时针方向,但不限于此。在其他实施态样中,前进的方向亦可以为逆时针的方向。在本实施例中,在运行至转折处或者在行进中稍有不顺畅的情形发生时,链带10会受到作用力的拉扯。如图7所示,在运行过程中,当第一端11及第二端12受作用力相对远离时,会使得抵靠凸部23抵靠于抵靠部32,且卡钩本体22连接于窄颈部21的表面亦会抵靠于连接部33,以有效防止卡钩部20脱出卡槽部30。
进一步地,在本实施例中,卡钩部20与卡槽部30对应扣合后形成相对的外周侧14及内周侧15。如图8所示,当卡钩部20及卡槽部30移动至转弯处时,第一端11及第二端12将更受作用力F1、F2影响而相对拉扯,同时因转弯处的弧度形状也会受到向外周侧14方向的作用力F3。此时,由二个抵靠部32及连接部33分别抵挡了二个抵靠凸部23及卡钩本体22的作用力、链带10的弹性力以及限位凸部24卡合于容纳部34将会约略等于第一端11及第二端12相对远离的作用力F1、F2,进而限制了向第一端11及第二端12相对远离。同时,由于限位凸部24卡合于容纳部34,可限制了卡钩部20向外周侧14方向的旋转及移动。此外,卡槽部30在连接部33处亦会向外周侧14方向施加作用力F3,但亦会因窄颈部21的挡止,而限制了卡槽部30向外周侧14方向的移动。也就是说,由卡钩部20及连接部33所共同形成的作用力F3,在受到限位凸部24卡合于容纳部34及窄颈部21的挡止作用力下,可以相互抗衡,而防止卡钩部20脱出于卡槽部30。
如此,在受到向第一端11及第二端12相对远离的作用力F1、F2,以及于转弯处受到较大且同时还朝向外周侧14的作用力F3的拉扯,也能够防止卡钩部20脱出于卡槽部30。此外,图8中示出的作用力F1、F2、F3仅作为示例说明,卡钩部20与卡槽部30的扣合处亦可能具有其他作用力影响,例如扭转力的力矩、链带10的弹性作用力等,都可能产生防止卡钩部20脱出于卡槽部30的效果。
在第一实施例中,限位凸部24及容纳部34位于内周侧15。如此,当滚动体保持器100以顺时针的方向前进并运行至转折处时,第一端11及第二端12的扣合处受到作用力向外周侧14弯折,由于限位凸部24扣合于内周侧15的容纳部34而被限制于内周侧15,使得卡钩部20不易受到作用力的影响脱出卡槽部30。限位凸部24及容纳部34不限于位于内周侧15,关于限位凸部24的其他态样容后详述。
在第一实施例中,如图2及图4所示,链带10包括镂空部16,镂空部16位于第一端11。通过于链带10的端部设置镂空部16,以增加链带10的端部弹性。如此,当扣合处受作用力弯折时,链带10的端部具有一定的弹性变形量,可以随著作用力产生弹性变形。
在第一实施例中,链带10、卡钩部20及卡槽部30是以弹性材料通过射出成形包覆纤维材料所形成。在本实施例中,链带10、卡钩部20及卡槽部30例如为塑胶材料,因此,卡钩部20与卡槽部30具有一定的弹性变形量,在装置内运行时,能够在链带10受到作用力拉扯时,于卡扣处产生弹性变形。进一步地,纤维材料例如为碳纤维或玻璃纤维,通过塑胶材料射出成形包覆纤维材料,以增加链带10、卡钩部20及卡槽部30的结构强度。
如图6所示,在第一实施例中,卡钩本体22沿长边方向的延伸长度A是为容置部13沿长边方向的最大距离的0.4至0.45倍。卡钩本体22邻近第一端11侧且位于内周侧15的一端点26至端面25的定位点27的距离B是为容置部13沿长边方向的最大距离的0.45至0.5倍。在本实施例中,定位点27是为卡钩部20进入卡槽部30时端面25所顶抵于限位侧30B的表面,且欲以此为支点施压于卡钩部20以卡扣至卡槽部30内的定位点。再次参阅图5,当卡钩本体22倾斜地伸入卡槽31时,卡钩本体22的端面25顶抵于卡槽部30朝向开口侧30A的表面(即位于限位侧30B的表面)的边角部,且限位凸部24将顶抵邻近于定位点27的位置,此时,以定位点27为基准,进一步将卡钩本体22下压,当限位凸部24邻近于容纳部34时,再以图5中顺时针方向施压,以将限位凸部24卡合于容纳部34中,并使二抵靠凸部32沿着抵靠部23滑入卡槽31,而使窄颈部21抵靠于连接部33。此外,关于卡钩本体22及卡槽31的尺寸,由于体积过大将可能导致撞击滚动体40的回流槽道,从而影响滚动效率,故卡钩本体22的厚度C是为容置部13沿长边方向的最大距离的0.475至0.525倍。而卡槽31的深度D是为容置部13沿长边方向的最大距离的0.525至0.575倍。
请参阅图9,图9为根据一第二实施例滚动体保持器的扣合示意图。第一实施例中示出了限位凸部24位于卡钩本体22靠近内周侧15的底部的位置,但不限于此。在第二实施例中,限位凸部24亦可以设于邻近于内周侧15的位置,而容纳部34亦对应于限位凸部24设置。
请参阅图10,并同时参阅图2。图10为根据一第三实施例滚动体保持器的卡槽部示意图。在第三实施例中,卡槽部30还包括导引凹部35,导引凹部35位于限位侧30B,卡钩本体22的端面25对应导引滑设于导引凹部35。如此,欲扣合卡钩部20于卡槽部30时,使用者能够更直觉地将卡钩本体22对准导引凹部35,将卡钩部20引导扣合于卡槽部30。此外,导引凹部35是对应卡钩本体22的形状,呈梯形状凹槽,以容纳卡钩本体22的端面25。
请参阅图11,并同时参阅图6。图11为根据一第四实施例滚动体保持器的卡槽部示意图。在第四实施例中,卡槽部30对应定位点27具有定位凹部36。定位凹部36是为沿链带10的短边方向延伸开设的凹槽,以让使用者辨识进行施压扣合的适当位置,当卡钩部20进入卡槽部30且卡钩部20的端面25接近于定位凹部36,使用者便可以进行施压以将卡钩部20扣合进卡槽部30。

Claims (11)

1.一种滚动体保持器,其特征在于,包括:
一链带,具有相对的一第一端及一第二端,于该第一端及该第二端之间具有多个容置部;
一卡钩部,设置于该链带的该第一端,该卡钩部包括一窄颈部、一卡钩本体、二抵靠凸部及一限位凸部,该窄颈部沿该链带的一长边方向自该第一端向外延伸,该卡钩本体连接于该窄颈部,且该卡钩本体沿该链带的一短边方向的宽度,自该窄颈部侧朝远离该窄颈部的方向渐减,该二抵靠凸部设置于该卡钩本体与该窄颈部相连接处,且往该卡钩本体二侧分别沿该链带的该短边方向往外凸出延伸,该限位凸部沿该链带的该长边方向自该卡钩本体远离该链带的该第一端的一端面向外凸出;以及
一卡槽部,与该卡钩部相对应且设置于该链带的该第二端,该卡槽部包括一卡槽、二抵靠部、一连接部及一容纳部,该卡槽包括相对的一开口侧及一限位侧,该二抵靠部及该连接部位于该开口侧,该二抵靠部沿该链带的该短边方向自该卡槽向内凸出,该连接部连接该二抵靠部,该容纳部位于该限位侧;
其中,当该卡钩部与该卡槽部对应扣合后,该卡钩本体容纳于该卡槽,该二抵靠凸部对应抵靠于该二抵靠部面向该限位侧的表面,该窄颈部抵靠于该连接部,该限位凸部对应容纳于该容纳部。
2.如权利要求1所述的滚动体保持器,其特征在于,该卡槽部还包括一导引凹部,该导引凹部位于该限位侧,该卡钩本体的该端面对应导引滑设于该导引凹部。
3.如权利要求1所述的滚动体保持器,其特征在于,该链带包括一镂空部,该镂空部位于该第一端。
4.如权利要求1所述的滚动体保持器,其特征在于,该链带、该卡钩部及该卡槽部是以弹性材料通过射出成形包覆纤维材料所形成。
5.如权利要求1所述的滚动体保持器,其特征在于,各所述多个容置部用以容置一滚动体。
6.如权利要求1所述的滚动体保持器,其特征在于,当该卡钩部与该卡槽部对应扣合后形成相对的一外周侧及一内周侧,且该限位凸部及该容纳部位于该内周侧。
7.如权利要求1所述的滚动体保持器,其特征在于,该卡钩本体沿该长边方向的延伸长度是为该容置部沿该长边方向的最大距离的0.4至0.45倍。
8.如权利要求1所述的滚动体保持器,其特征在于,当该卡钩部与该卡槽部对应扣合后形成相对的一外周侧及一内周侧,该卡钩本体邻近该第一端侧且位于该内周侧的一端点至该端面的一定位点的距离是为该容置部沿该长边方向的最大距离的0.45至0.5倍。
9.如权利要求8所述的滚动体保持器,其特征在于,该卡槽部对应该定位点具有一定位凹部。
10.如权利要求1所述的滚动体保持器,其特征在于,该卡钩本体的厚度是为该容置部沿该长边方向的最大距离的0.475至0.525倍。
11.如权利要求1所述的滚动体保持器,其特征在于,该卡槽的深度是为该容置部沿该长边方向的最大距离的0.525至0.575倍。
