本实用新型公开了一种支撑杆,涉及门窗支撑阻尼件领域。包括相互配合的导向内管和导向外管,所述导向内管一端设置有旋转锁定装置,另一端固定有涨紧轴,涨紧轴一端具有一限位凸环,另一端固定有法兰垫圈,所述涨紧轴靠近导向内管一侧具有一渐阔的涨紧轴坡面;所述导向外管一端设置有旋转固定装置,另一端设有导向套,所述涨紧轴设置于导向外管内部;还包括摩擦单元,所述摩擦单元包括套设于涨紧轴上的涨紧环所述涨紧环外部套设有涨紧胶套,所述涨紧环上设置有与所述涨紧轴坡面配合的涨紧环坡面。不仅结构简单,而且能够提供良好的支撑效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及门窗支撑阻尼件领域,尤其涉及一种支撑杆。
背景技术
支撑杆用于支撑被打开的窗户,使其打开后能够在任意角度被支撑。例如CN1206772A公开了用于窗或门的扇框的阻尼装置,在该阻尼装置中在伸缩式管端面方向由活塞杆穿过的导向孔设置在一个插入管内的、固定在伸缩式管上的模制件内,它设有朝向活塞杆导向孔的锥形变细的阻尼表面,它与锥形阻尼体共同作用。在伸缩式管内活塞和与管子固定在一起的轴承座之间至少装有一个由弹性材料制成的缓冲元件。另外CN106437360A公开了一种新型门窗阻尼限位风撑,设有扇固定件、框固定件和风撑主体,风撑主体设有风撑外管,在风撑外管内的一端设有阻尼固定件,阻尼固定件中间设有内腔,在该内腔里设有圆锥体形的阻尼器,在阻尼器的体内,设有胀缩空腔,在阻尼器的里端设有拉杆,拉杆与所述风撑外管之间设有阻尼挡位块,拉杆与阻尼器连接的一端设有阻尼压簧,该阻尼压簧胀紧在所述阻尼挡位块和阻尼器之间,拉杆的另一端与所述扇固定件连接,阻尼固定件的外端与框固定件连接。
但是现有技术中的支撑杆需要弹簧进行复位,结构复杂耐用性差。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本申请的目的是提供一种支撑杆,不仅结构简单,无需使用弹簧部件,而且能够提供良好的支撑效果。实现任意角度支撑被打开的窗户。
为实现上述效果,本申请公开了一种支撑杆,包括相互配合的导向内管和导向外管,所述导向内管一端设置有旋转锁定装置,另一端固定有涨紧轴,涨紧轴一端具有一限位凸环,另一端固定有法兰垫圈,所述涨紧轴靠近导向内管一侧具有一渐阔的涨紧轴坡面;
所述导向外管一端设置有旋转固定装置,另一端设有导向套,所述涨紧轴设置于导向外管内部;
还包括摩擦单元,所述摩擦单元包括套设于涨紧轴上的涨紧环所述涨紧环外部套设有涨紧胶套,所述涨紧环上设置有与所述涨紧轴坡面配合的涨紧环坡面。
进一步的,所述涨紧环上还设有润油圈。
进一步的,所述限位凸环内侧的涨紧轴上还设有调力垫片。
进一步的,所述法兰垫圈的内侧的涨紧环上还设有O型圈。
进一步的,所述导向外管包括外管导向区域以及括松外管,所述括松外管直径大于所述外管导向区域。
本实用新型的优点是:
通过涨紧轴与涨紧环配合,当导向内管在外力作用下向导向外管移动时,涨紧轴坡面撑开涨紧环坡面,进而使涨紧胶套紧贴导向外管的内壁,实现支撑件的停止。在需要关闭时仅需施加外力使外力大于涨紧胶套与导向外管的摩擦力,实现支撑杆的关闭。本申请的支撑杆方案结构简单,支撑效果好。

参照图1和5,本申请公开了一种支撑杆,包括相互配合的导向内管3和导向外管4,所述导向内管一端设置有旋转锁定装置2,另一端固定有涨紧轴6,涨紧轴6一端具有一限位凸环17,另一端固定有法兰垫圈12,所述涨紧轴靠近导向内管一侧具有一渐阔的涨紧轴坡面16;所述导向外管一端设置有旋转固定装置1,另一端设有导向套13,所述涨紧轴设置于导向外管内部;还包括摩擦单元,所述摩擦单元包括套设于涨紧轴6上的涨紧环8所述涨紧环外部套设有涨紧胶套9,参考图5所述涨紧环8上设置有与所述涨紧轴坡面16配合的涨紧环坡面15。
参考图2导向内管3向外开启时,涨紧轴6带动法兰垫圈12推动摩擦单元在导向外管同向移动;摩擦单元在导向外管4任意位置开启、收回过程中停止时,参考图3导向内管受反向推力,摩擦单元在导向外管内受摩擦力停止,同时受反向推力推动涨紧轴反向同向移动,涨紧轴坡面与涨紧环坡面产生爬坡。促使涨紧环8扩涨,增大涨紧套与导向外管4内壁摩擦力。摩擦力>反向推力时,达到导向单元任意位置停止效果。
优选的,所述涨紧环上还设有润油圈10。润油圈10浸存润滑液体,减少涨紧胶套9与导向外管内壁摩擦对涨紧套的损耗。
更优选的所述限位凸环17内侧的涨紧轴上还设有调力垫片7。调力垫片7选用不同厚度规格,在涨紧轴坡面15与涨紧环坡面5产生爬坡,促使已涨紧环扩涨过程中起到爬坡限位作用,达到调整涨紧套9与导向外管内壁摩擦力效果。
更优选的所述法兰垫圈的内侧的涨紧环上还设有O型圈11。通过O型圈带动涨紧环移动。
参考图4优选的所述导向外管4包括外管导向区域14以及括松外管5,所述括松外管直径大于所述外管导向区域14。摩擦单元处于扩松外管区域内时,涨紧套9压缩涨紧环8使涨紧环坡面15从涨紧轴坡面5滑退,涨紧套9与扩松外管区域内壁存在间隙,缓解9涨紧套疲劳。

所述导向内管一端设置有旋转锁定装置(2),另一端固定有涨紧轴(6),涨紧轴(6)一端具有一限位凸环(17),另一端固定有法兰垫圈(12),所述涨紧轴靠近导向内管一侧具有一渐阔的涨紧轴坡面(16);
所述导向外管一端设置有旋转固定装置(1),另一端设有导向套(13),所述涨紧轴设置于导向外管内部;
还包括摩擦单元,所述摩擦单元包括套设于涨紧轴(6)上的涨紧环(8)所述涨紧环外部套设有涨紧胶套(9),所述涨紧环(8)上设置有与所述涨紧轴坡面(16)配合的涨紧环坡面(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种支撑杆,其特征在于:所述涨紧环上还设有润油圈(10)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种支撑杆,其特征在于:所述限位凸环(17)内侧的涨紧轴上还设有调力垫片(7)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种支撑杆,其特征在于:所述法兰垫圈的内侧的涨紧环上还设有O型圈(11)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种支撑杆,其特征在于:所述导向外管(4)包括外管导向区域(14)以及括松外管(5),所述括松外管直径大于所述外管导向区域(14)。
