本实用新型涉及一种利用内燃机废气的装置，具 体地说是一种单缸柴油机的废气叶轮装置。该装置 由叶轮和护罩组成，叶轮安装在单缸柴油机的飞轮外 圆周上；护罩罩在叶轮上，且固定在机体上。通过管 道将柴油机排放的废气引至护罩上的进气口，在废气 的作用下，叶轮带动飞轮转动。实现柴油机废气的再 利用及柴油机机械效率、热效率的提高。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种利用内燃机废气的装置，确切地说是一种单缸柴油机的废气叶轮装置。
一般内燃机在一个实际循环中，高温高压气体只做一次功，废气温度高达500℃以上，具有一定能量的废气从排气管排放掉，而内燃机的热效率只有百分之二十几至百分之三十几。
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种单缸柴油机的废气叶轮装置，以便利用废气进行二次做功。
其技术解决方案如下：
一种单缸柴油机的废气叶轮装置，包括叶轮、护罩，a、叶轮具有一与飞轮圆周配合的中空圆柱体，中空圆柱体的外圆周上均布着若干叶片，叶片的一面为凹圆弧面，另一面为凸三棱柱，且凸三棱柱的一面垂直于凹圆弧面，中空圆柱体的一端，具有一垂直于圆柱体的圆环盖板；b、叶轮外设有一圆柱形护罩，护罩的一侧设有进气口，另一侧设有排气口。
本实用新型的优点体现在以下几个方面：
1、充分利用内燃机废气的能量，以提高单缸柴油机的机械效率和热效率。
2、该装置结构简单，安装、使用方便；
3、叶轮叶片的背面的三棱柱具有在高温高压下使叶片不易变形的特点；

下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
单缸柴油机的废气叶轮装置，由叶轮（1）和护罩（3）组成。叶轮（1）具有一与飞轮圆周配合的中空圆柱体，中空圆柱体的外圆周上均布着若干叶片（3），叶片（3）的一面为凹圆弧面，另一面为凸三棱柱，且凸三棱柱的一面垂直于凹圆弧面，此面的结构可使叶片（2）在高温高压作用下不变形，中空圆柱体的一端，具有一垂直于圆柱体的圆环盖板，圆环盖板的作用在于防止进入叶轮的气体散失。叶轮（1）安装在飞轮的外圆周上。叶轮（1）外设有一圆柱形护罩（3），护罩（3）固定在单缸柴油机的机体上，护罩（3）的一侧设有进气口，另一侧设有排气口。进气口接进气管道，进气管道与发动机的排气管连接。进气管可制成双层结构，夹层内可设上保温层。
其工作过程是，通过管道将柴油机排放的废气引至废气叶轮装置的进气口，在废气作用下叶轮旋转，从而带动飞轮转动。

1、一种单缸柴油机的废气叶轮装置，包括叶轮、护罩，其特征在于：
a、叶轮具有一与飞轮圆周配合的中空圆柱体，中空圆柱体的外圆周上均布着若干叶片，叶片的一面为凹圆弧面，另一面为凸三棱柱，且凸三棱柱的一面垂直于凹圆弧面，中空圆柱体的一端，具有一垂直于圆柱体的圆环盖板；
b、叶轮外设有一圆柱形护罩，护罩的一侧设有进气口，另一侧设有排气口。
