背景技术
在火法冶练行业，采用大量重油对炉体进行烤炉升温、保温操作，低温天气下重油易发粘、变稠，从而堵塞管路，影响冶金炉窑烤炉的正常升温、保温。通常采用蒸汽进行吹扫，将管路内残余稠油在高温高压蒸汽的吹扫下从管路末端被强行带出，末端采用特质油桶盛装或者直接吹入炉内，因蒸汽压力高，末端不易控制，常出现大量蒸汽与重油的混合物在高压下从吹扫末端向四周喷溅，造成环境污染和人身伤害。同时大量蒸汽鼓入炉内造成炉衬耐火材料损伤，影响炉寿命。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种适用于安全泄压液体管路吹扫装置，它包括收集器、泄压排气管、移动行走机构、液体排放口、夹持固定套管；所述收集器中心位置嵌套连接夹持固定套管，收集器顶部设有泄压排气管，收集器底部设有液体排放口，所述收集器通过收集器支架与移动行走机构固定。
所述收集器外侧设有推拉扶手。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2的一种适用于安全泄压液体管路吹扫装置，它包括收集器1、泄压排气管2、移动行走机构3、液体排放口4、夹持固定套管5；收集器1中心位置嵌套连接夹持固定套管5，收集器1顶部设有泄压排气管2，收集器1底部设有液体排放口4，收集器1通过收集器支架与移动行走机构3固定。收集器1外侧设有推拉扶手6。
油枪管道吹扫时，通过推拉扶手6将装置推至吹扫位置，把油枪从夹持固定套管5插入收集器1固定，关闭泄压排气管2和液体排放口4，高温高压蒸汽对堵塞管道进行吹扫，吹扫过程中产生的气体通过泄压排气管2排空，油水混合物落入收集器1内储存，定期对收集器1内的油水混合物进行排放清理，杜绝了油枪管道吹扫过程中高温油污喷溅污染现场环境及造成的人身伤害。
