(2) Pre-fermentation: and pumping the biogas slurry obtained after solid-liquid separation into a raw material tank, and further conveying the biogas slurry into an anaerobic fermentation tank for pre-fermentation (anaerobic fermentation). At the moment, organic matters which are not completely fermented are contained in the biogas slurry, the organic matters in the biogas slurry can be further decomposed through the pre-fermentation step, and a suitable environment and a carrier can be provided for the element digestion process, so that the fertilizer efficiency and the safety of the biogas slurry are improved. In the step, before aerobic fermentation, pre-fermentation can be performed, and dominant floras (anaerobic bacteria and aerobic bacteria) can be respectively cultured in two stages (an anaerobic fermentation stage and an aerobic fermentation stage), and the dominant floras are jointly started, so that ammonia nitrogen can be removed, and subsequent biogas slurry culture deodorization can be performed. The feeding bin can be used for storing the biogas slurry after the anaerobic fermentation is completed. The outlet of the feeding bin is connected with an aeration tank through a sewage pump.

(4) After aerobic fermentation is completed, the biogas slurry in the aeration tank is pumped to a coarse filter for filtering, substances such as sand grains and plant fibers with larger filtering particles are filtered, then the biogas slurry filtered by the coarse filter is stored in a cache liquid collecting tank, and then the biogas slurry is pumped to a bidirectional separation liquid storage device for precipitation treatment, wherein the precipitation effect through the bidirectional separation liquid storage device is beneficial to removing precipitation impurities formed in the solution due to mutual reaction, the improvement of the stability and the color and luster of the subsequently prepared water soluble fertilizer is facilitated, and the defect that the efficiency of the water soluble fertilizer is reduced due to precipitation is avoided. The biogas slurry after the precipitation treatment of the bidirectional separation liquid storage device is sent into a semi-finished product tank from a liquid phase outlet of the bidirectional separation liquid storage device by a delivery pump and enters a full-automatic batching and premixing system.
(5) Full-automatic batching: according to nutrient components required by growth of crops and flower plants, biogas slurry in the semi-finished product tank and exogenous nutrient substances in the feeding bin are respectively conveyed into a mixer, the biogas slurry and the exogenous nutrient substances are uniformly stirred and mixed in the mixer, wherein the added exogenous nutrient substances at least comprise nutrient elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and the like.
